Ordering liquor online, so minimum complaints, however the first order I had one of the bottles were unraveled and the top of it was stained/dirty The drink was from mexico allegedly so I thought maybe the far journey, it was to be expected. Anyways my second experience shipping wasn't what it said it would be but things happen, my issue is with the customer service representatives on the website, so many spelling errors, lackluster/nonchalant responses, they reply like they're talking to a friend they don't wanna speak to at the moment or something, really not professional at all, maybe it's time to invest more into that...

Country Wine & Spirits has a very good selection of Wine and Single Malt Scotch that hard to find in my area. The prices are reasonable and the service is very good.

I was very pleased with the timeliness and cost for shipping my order! The only thing I was disappointed in was the card was not with it and he didn’t know who all it was from as there were a few of us that went in together.

The quality and reliability of Country Wine & Spirits is top notch. I've always received my orders from them in good conditions and in a timely manner. They have an impressive selection of spirits, and they do a good job of describing their products and highlighting interesting points.

their prices are sometimes significantly above market, however, and is the one fact that leads me to sometimes shop elsewhere. But when this site has the best price, I always go with them.

My first time ever ordering with the company. I contemplated for days prior to registering an account. I am very glad I did. I placed a large order. One item was out of stock, but one of the associates kindly emailed me informing me and offered replacements. The reply was swift and the delivery arrived on time. The packaging was very well. Everything packed nice and tight with plenty of protection.
