I've heard of some peoples bad experiences but personally I've ordered from them 2 separate times with a positive experience. The first time I received my order exactly a month after ordering, and the most recent time I received it 2 months and a week after ordering. The separate orders were about a year apart from each other. You don't get any updates til it's shipped which can take a while but both times I stayed patient and liked the finished product.

Just received my little sparky figure and it looks just like my baby!
It did take a couple of months at arrive but it was worth the wait.
This place is expensive compared to other places but I'm stunned at how good this looks.

Ich habe für Weihnachten eine Figur bestellt, sie sollte ein Geschenk werden. Es ist erst nach Weihnachten angekommen (obwohl ich Wochen vor Weihnachten gefragt habe, ob es sich zeitlich ausgeht und wenn nicht, möchte ich stornieren - ich bekam keine Antwort).

Als die Figur dann 2-3 Wochen nach Weihnachten ankam, war ich vom Aussehen enttäuscht. Das Hinterteil sieht aus wie von einer ganz anderen Rasse...
Und für 60€ ist das schon heftig.

As with others, I've received no proof of order, no updates and now the website isn't loading.

I fear I've been scammed.

I have emailed 3 times without a response. I have not received an order
confirmation. Terrible customer service!

Extremely long delivery time. Lightweight figurine of a plastic material only slight resemblance. Not worth the cost.

I paid and placed my order three weeks ago, I have yet to receive any updates on my order. I also have yet to receive a proof or any indication on which picture they were able to use or how they will proceed.

Délai : 6 semaines et demi. J'ai dû insister auprès du service client pour qu'ils m'envoient ma commande. La figurine ne ressemble pas du tout à mon chien. Très cher pour un résultat très médiocre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

I lost my beloved cat 2 months ago, so I decided to do a figure of him..
I ordered it few days after he passed, i received it today, i knew it would take long as its handmade. And AMAZING.. made me cry.. it looks the same as my boy,.

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas and never received it. I reached out several
times and was told it was delivered almost 2 months after I placed the order. I reported it as not delivered. I never received any follow up. Never received the item. Nor did I ever receive a refund.
Horrible!

I had my doubts about this as it was a Facebook Ad and I'd had some dubious results from companies on the platforms ads. My order arrived today and it was exactly what my little pupper used to look like in his prime, everyone has remarked how good it is and it even made my Mum cry, absolutely would recommend, it might seem expensive at first but it is worth every penny. Thank You so much for immortalising my Sidney Dog :)

Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne und getreue Abbildung meines Verstorbenen Hundes und es ist wirklich gut geworden. Man muss zwar viel Zeit einplanen aber das war es mir wert.

Not as advertised. The figurine I received was very clearly a default option and not at all customised to the pictures I provided.

Totally happy with my figurine! Better than expected ! Would recommend ! Not a quick item but worth the wait!

Just received mine and I'm in awe. I lost my baby girl Stella last month and when I saw her statue I cried happy tears. Absolutely incredible. Thank you to everyone who put their efforts into creating my memory of her.

I received mine after almost two months and it looks nothing like my deceased pet. It was cheaply made and cheaply painted. Looks like something you could find in a dollar store. The price is ridiculous for the garbage they sent me. Do not waste your money on this!

Item did not look like my cat at all. Took over a month to get and cost is ridiculous. Wanted my pets name and years alive and got the year of 2025 when she passed in 2024. Wouldn't purchase from this scam again. Order was hard to track when it's made in China. Ridiculous!
