Don't buy from CustomCuff right now
Hi, I sent multiple emails on two different emails through the Customcuff support website. Knowing that the first Email was sent on November 23rd, I'm disappointed to see that the company answered none of them.
I placed an order on November 22nd. The order number is #386847. The last update I have from Shop is December 2nd, saying that my package is in transit (through CTT). I contacted CTT, and they told me that I should contact the service contractor and ask them to contact CTT to begin investigations. I did that and once again no answer.
All of that seems so difficult only because there's no more information about where my package is since December 2nd. I wanna know if it'll come before Christmas since it's a gift. Plus, I'm trying to understand why it's still not delivered after 17 days when their website says 5-12 days.
They literally don't answer any of their emails, I haven't talked to an agent since I placed my order. I believe that my package has been lost and if it's not, I don't want it to be delivered after Christmas. Not my first time ordering from Customcuff, but this time they don't answer. I've read reviews and lots of people seem to have the same issue.
Edit: I finally got an answer back, there’s currently a strike with post Canada and Customcuff deal with them. To change carrier is an extra fee of 42.99$ so think twice before ordering right now if you’re from Canada.

I love the large variety of choices. A lot of different kind of jewels and you can use your imagination to custom them to the infinite! The minimalist style of it is very elegant and modern, you can wear 2 or 3 on the same arm easily. Also the quality for the price seems really great. I’m waiting for my order to confirm it.

on november 14th i ordered a birthday present from custom cuff. unfortunately till now nothing received and no response to email. it says that there was a failed delivery attempt in amsterdam, but i dont live there at all!

La pulsera que recibí no tiene nada que ver con lo que muestran en las fotos de la web. Es extremadamente pequeña, parece diseñada para un niño, cuando claramente era para un hombre adulto. Queda ridícula al usarla. Además, solicité un grabado con coordenadas, y el resultado es tan diminuto y mal hecho que no se puede ni leer. No recomendaría este producto ni esta tienda.

Was sent a cuff with the wrong coordinates on it. Problem is I didn’t check it, I just gifted it straight to my partner. It wasn’t until 2 years later that someone looked up the coordinates and told us they were wrong. I contacted custom cuff and was told that I could purchase a new cuff with a 25% off voucher. What a joke! You made the mistake, I’m not going to give you more money. Also the way they display coordinates is grammatically incorrect. Don’t waste your money.

Still haven't received my order after 2 months
Waited more than 40 days on my delivery. Try to contact CustomCuff more than 4 times on the contact form on their website, never any respons. Eventually after finding a e-mail address and trying this option: the answer was that my delivery address was wrong and I need to pay again for delivery. My delivery address was never wrong, so I now paid more than €30 on delivery costs, just to send me a bracelet of €30, to the same address. They're pointing fingers to Bpost (which is a possibility, something went wrong with them), but then it's up to the customers service of CustomCuff to deal with Bpost, not to the client who already paid. I ordered my bracelet on the 6th of September. It's now the 7th of November and still haven't received anything...?

I have reached out to Customcuff several times about a custom bracelt I order and still have not received nor have I heard from anyone about it.
It is order #383825. The order was placed on Sept 9, 2024.

I bought a t-shirt
I bought a t-shirt, and after a long wait, the size I ordered, S, is actually an L. It’s super loose on me, impossible to wear. And the quality is terrible!!!
I sent an email to return it since I can’t use this t-shirt.
Returning it is also impossible; they won't cover the shipping costs or acknowledge the mistake.
They even suggested they could refund 10%, which is their profit margin. That amounts to €2, which is ridiculous!!! Then they also said to keep the t-shirt and that they would give me a 30% discount on my next purchase! They don’t understand that I just want to return this item and never buy anything from this store again. Worst online service I have ever seen.
