I have contacted trading standards who advised a full refund should be issued for goods not received. Yet Lisa does not acknowledge this. I am truly disappointed and feel the site is a scam and does not care about customers rights. So I will now be contacting trading standards along with my bank to get the full funds back for a shoddy site.

Misleading Description - Product Not as Advertised
I ordered a Custom 60th Birthday Caricature Portrait Gift, which was advertised with this description: "Surrounded by shimmering gold balloons and gift boxes, this plaque radiates celebration, elegance, and that big 'wow' factor. 3D-Effect on a 2D Wooden Plaque. Though made from smooth, high-quality wood, the design features layered effects and rich shadows that create an impressive 3D visual illusion." Unfortunately, the product I received does not match this description at all. The item is actually made from thin pressed wood — not solid wood as implied — and the “3D effect” is completely absent. Instead of a layered or dimensional design, it’s just a flat piece with a glossy printed image attached (glued) on top. There are no shadows, depth, or 3D visual effects like the website images suggest. The photos on the site show what looks like a true 3D product, but the reality is very different. I also found it frustrating that the website has no customer reviews. If I had been able to read honest feedback from other buyers beforehand, I would have realized that the product’s appearance and quality are not as advertised. It feels misleading, especially for a gift that is supposed to have a “wow factor.” Overall, I am disappointed because the product is not a suitable present, looks like a homemade craft made by a child. This experience was a lesson learned — always check independent reviews before ordering from a site that doesn’t provide them. Do not waste your money, look elsewhere.

I Very different from listing photos and poor customer serviceordered the “Custom Photo Copper…
I ordered the “Custom Photo Copper Metal Style Desk Decor” from customman.store after seeing it when searching for an 8-year anniversary gift on Google. The product images show what appears to be a solid three-dimensional copper metal sculpture on a base.
The item I received was completely different. It was a thin flat plastic/acrylic sheet with printed shading to imitate a 3D effect. It is only a few millimeters thick and not a sculpture as shown in the images.
I paid $54.99 expecting something similar to the product shown in the listing photos.
I contacted the seller to request a refund because the item did not match the presentation in the advertisement. The seller refused to provide a full refund unless I paid return shipping.
I also attempted to resolve the issue through PayPal. The dispute was declined because the item was personalized, even though the issue is the product being significantly different from what the images suggest.
My experience with customer service was also very disappointing. When I tried to discuss the issue, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was unable to get a proper resolution.
I recommend that buyers carefully review the product materials and expectations before ordering.

I was very disappointed. Pictures advertised leads one to believe the product has a 3d image and it does not. I'm the advertised picture the name depicts 3d image as well but instead it's printed into the material. Very cheap quality for the price.

Completely misleading website
Completely misleading website. I was getting a 2D car model. I know it wasnt 3D it was $68 CAD. Never got a proof of it before shipment and got it in the mail 2 weeks later and it's literally a thick cardboard essentially stuck in a display stand. They offered 20% refund. Complete scam artists. No where on the site in the item description does it say it's a flat model not even acrylic. What a load of crap.

We really loved the creativity and uniqueness of the idea. The way the photo was edited was amazing, and our kid absolutely loved it — which made it special for us.
However, the bag quality was not fully up to the mark compared to what was shown in the picture. Also, the delivery took a bit longer than expected (though we understand that may not be entirely your fault).
Positives: Creative concept, unique idea, beautiful photo editing.
Negatives: Bag quality could be improved, delivery time was longer.
Overall, it’s worth spending on, and with slightly better bag quality, it would definitely be a 5-star product.

First off
First off, I never received what I ordered. A delivery company they hired dropped it off in the lobby of my apartment building. Didn't bother to bring it up to my apartment so of course somebody walked off with it. Secondly, by the look of the pictures that were taken down in the lobby. It looked to be a flat package.. what I ordered was a 3D figurine. There was no way that is in the package that had been left in the lobby. They offered me 50% back. Excuse me... I didn't receive my order... And they offered to send it back to me and I pay for shipping... I'm sure you can imagine what my response was... The company false advertises... They suck. Don't order from them. Save your money.
