You guys are lucky to even receive a review from me. I ordered 2 bracelets & 2 necklaces and only received one of the bracelets and 2 necklaces, I reached out to you guys to resolve the issue and I got ghosted. I purchased another bracelet. To replace the one that I didn't receive the first time and didn't receive that bracelet either. I have proof that only 3 of the 4 items came in and I emailed that with my order number. I've been a loyal customer for years. I will not be using customcuff in the future.

The tracking number has been created and no updates or anything on my purchase when said 3-5 business days to arrive. Been waiting over a week and still no update or response as to when it will arrive. Very disappointing

Still haven’t received it after two weeks (I’m in Canada), despite paying for fast, top-priority shipping. It’s just a simple piece of jewelry with no customization. I’ve ordered from them before without issues, but the service seems to have dropped in quality.

I’m being asked to rate my experience when I paid extra money to expedite my shipment, but haven’t received my purchase. It’s currently stuck in Portugal without an ETA when it will arrive. I purchased this as a gift for my significant other in an attempt to gift before his month long departure to another country.

You’re asking me to review A) before the product has even shipped and B) before I’ve gotten any type of reply from my email to support to see if there was any update on my order. I’d like an update only order before you ask me to give you comprehensive feedback as it has been frustrating to be kept in the dark.

I wrote them an email and they haven’t replied

So far my product is 3 days late even though I paid for premium shipping. In addition to this, every link I click on to track my package, even in the Shop app, does not give me a clear indication of where my package is/ when it is expected to arrive. I’m already pretty upset as this was supposed to be an anniversary gift and the anniversary has now passed… I would just like my item to show up at all at this point.

I was told 2-4 business days and I payed for priority it’s been a week now.

I ordered a necklace with my dad's writing on it, since he recently passed away. I was so excited to receive it, so I paid for fast processing and expedited shipping (4-6 business days). It took the order 3 weeks to arrive, and I was told AFTER I paid for the expedited processing and shipping that these items are made overseas and cannot be shipped quickly. Would've been nice knowing that before I ordered. Once I actually received the piece, it looked nothing like the photo on the website of the order I placed. The coin piece was shiny, not matte, and the engraving was clear, not black, so I could hardly see what it said. The coin piece of the necklace was also scratched. I have been talking to customer service, and they absolutely will not refund me for any portion of the order - the processing, shipping or the necklace that turned out very different than what I ordered and intended to receive. They offered me 30% off a future order, but I will NEVER be ordering from them again, and neither should you.

This is the first review I have ever written for an online company. I agree with the reviewer who pretty much proved the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered two items two weeks ago. I also paid for priority processing. The item has been in Portugal (??) for two weeks. The company site is so bad, the tracking language is in Spanish. There is no customer service. They will not respond to anything. There company info says they are based in Las Vegas, which is probably a lie also. I blame myself for not doing more research before ordering. I don't expect to receive my items. I will report the company to the FTC. I suggest anyone else with a similar experience to do the same.

Paid for 2-4 day shipping its been 3 days past that and my item is still in another country. Don’t pay for expedited shipping it’s a scam.

Terrible service!!! Never received my order!!

I ordered my product 8 days ago and still haven’t received my package.

This company advertises 3-5 day shipping and does not have any intentions of it arriving in that window. This is blatant false advertising and I missed the date that this item was purchased for. I am currently at 17 business days without seeing the item. After reading the other negative reviews and seeing another poster state that the 5 star reviews are likely fake, I would advise against purchasing from this company.

I don’t recommend, my boyfriend never received anything from them, and it so difficult to talk to someone to resolve the issue. If it’s sending marketing emails to me they’re probably the first but for them to assist customers they are not there anymore. I just need my money back I’m so disappointed

I never got my order, which was for my wife as a Valentine's gift. This was a total scam. I ordered on 10 Feb 25, paid extra for priority delivery, and paid extra for route package protection, and got nothing. I am reporting to the Secretary of State for my home state.

I ordered this for my daughter’s birthday on 2/9 and I still haven’t received it ?????
