Lovely products were sent
Lovely products were sent, arrived in the time it states on website. I ordered a one off box and think I will definitely do it again in future to be able to try new products.

Great idea but not what I needed
Lovely packaging although one tub was dented. Wanted to like the products but unfortunately they weren’t suited to my hair. Lovely idea but won’t be buying again

Never disappoints
I’ve been a subscriber for almost 3 years now and I’m never disappointed when I receive my boxes. They’re always beautifully packaged and presented and they’re on time. If there’s ever a delay (usually to do with the courier and not curls allowed) I’m always informed of such! Excellent service!!

New products & value for money
Love the chance to discover new products, however, I’ve had 3 boxes so far and all have contained shampoo and conditioner- I personally would like more variety of styling products. Enjoyed the last box I got as I suffer with my scalp in the winter. This months box doesn’t really suit my hair type.

Thank you for leaving us feedback on your experience with our boxes so far. We are pleased to hear you are enjoying discovering new ranges and find the boxes good values for money.
We have only recently started including shampoo in our bi-monthly box for the last 3 boxes in response to requests for us to include it. We offered a choice this month between a Deep Conditioner and a Shampoo, and you have opted for a shampoo.
We do offer a wide range of brands and product types, and some may suit better than others, this is the nature of subscription boxes. Hopefully you will get on much better with your next box.

First purchase with monthly subscription
First purchase with monthly subscription. Was hoping for items that not usually available in shops. Received shampoo and conditioner that you are able to purchase anywhere! A little disappointed. Hoping next months will be better otherwise will cancel subscription.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are A little disappointed with the products included in your first box. With our boxes we aim to include a mix of new, up and coming and out of reach brands, including those that may be available in shops.
Many online and high street retailers now include a larger variety of curly hair products and brands, which are thankfully more accessible, however many people may not have tried these as yet for various reasons, including a higher price point. With our boxes we include products you may have seen but may not have had an opportunity to try as yet, or otherwise may not have considered trying. With our lower price point and product combinations that pair well together, we help make this possible.
Hopefully you will stick with us, we do feature a wide variety of ranges that may turn out to be your new favourites. Our April Box will be including an exclusive range worth over £70 for the bargain box price of £24.

Another good box
I liked the subtle scent of this month’s curl box. I’ve only tried the products once so far but I got good results. The boxes have helped to introduce me to products I would not otherwise have heard of.

Great products, silly postage costs
The products from curls allowed were lovely, the only thing was the postage for the products, which was ridiculous, nearly 12 pounds !!!!

With regards to postage, we do aim to make it clear on our website that postage is charged per box as these are posted out individually. Single product items cannot be added to boxes as these will not fit in the boxes, and therefore have to be posted separately.
We hope the huge savings you've made from the products included in the curl boxes would make up for the postage costs which unfortunately we have to charge as a business.
