All came alive and well

Ordered a relatively large number of Amanos from Cuaquatics, excellent price. Delivered a day late via Royal Mail which I believe resulted in a single casualty, additional shipped to compensate for losses and still ended up with more than I had initially ordered.

All very healthy and acclimated with minimal stress, straight into tank eating biofilm and algae. Difficult to tell if I have had any losses due to the size and planting of the tank.

Lovely aquatic plants that arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Beautifully packaged with care information & a couple of free little gifts for my fishes. Would definitely buy from then again

Since May this year, I have placed multiple orders with this company! I can say with full confidence that the quality/grade of the shrimps supplied is very good, yes some of these are tiny, but still healthy!! On the rare occasions of receiving a few dead ones, I was refunded promptly or offered a replacement!! I wish they had more options of tropical fishes!
I would also like to mention the packaging for live items is fantastic!!

Bought 5 long horned snails several weeks ago. Received a couple more! All are doing well. Very pleased.

Ordered aquarium snails, they came well packaged and very quickly. I got an email with handling instructions and the snails have settled in quickly. Will definitely use again.

Snails arrived safely and appear to be mostly happy but definitely still alive about a week later. I can see three hoovering up algae right now.
I only give four stars as the tracking said Monday and luckily I was in on a Saturday. Would have mattered, lucky snails. Otherwise great stuff and k intend using again.

This is the second order I have placed with them. I was as impressed as I was with the first one. Delivery was fast and the shrimp were extremely well packed and healthy when they arrived. No problems at all.
