Top marks to this company. When you work with Crystal Imagery Inc., you work with real professional. Their website was completely user friendly, and their product selection covers just about everything (The only thing missing were the oversize novelty goblets). They were able to make the image I sent looked very distant and detailed on the the glass, and upon inspection of the order of x130, the boxes that were randomly spot checked looked flawless. Shout out to Julie Noel who not only was quickly responsive during every step of the way, but made a last minute addition happy almost over night. I can't say enough nice things. When working with them, its one less thing you have to micro-manage, and know the job will be done right.

First time customer -- won't be the last time!
Ordered custom logo coffee mugs. The entire process was great ... I was a first-time customer. Customer service was great in answering my initial questions, the logo proof was sent quickly, and the products were created days BEFORE the date I was told. Items shipped quickly as well. One minor speed-bump...while they were very well packed, two of the mugs showed up broken. I sent a photo and email to customer service, and the replacements were on their way within days. The replacements were packed the same way, and arrived intact. Great experience overall; confident I will use the company again.
