I can hardly express how HAPPY I am with your product. You have no idea how many companies stated that they could not get a logo of that size, depth and placement on the oddly shaped Glencairn. Not only did you get it right, it was beautiful. Many compliments have been given. Such a FAST turn around also. I mean you are the whole package. Great product, great support, packed well with no breakage. I will be a repeat customer. you can count on it.

I had a great experience with Crystal Imagery! The website was easy to navigate. One I placed my order they reached out to me with a proof within an hour or so, very quick! I approved the proof and the class shipped out the next day. A couple days later I had my glass and it looked great!

I ordered a customized whiskey glass for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. The glass and the engraving is beautiful! It’s nice and heavy, and the graving is raised so you can still see it even when the glass is filled with liquid. I looked on a lot of websites to try to find something that would be high quality, and this is it! There are a ton of offerings like this on Amazon and other sites, but the quality is not nearly the same. Plus the shipping was very quick and I got it within 3 days. Great product, thank you!

I give Crystal Imagery 5 stars because not only is their product top notch but so is the staff. I was in a crunch to get my glasses in three days as they were a wedding gift. Crystal imagery made sure I had them overnight. Customer service doesn’t get much better than that.
