Just back from first time ever sailing on a cruise out of Southampton, and CPS just exceeded all expectations. I had been concerned about how it would all work, but it was absolutely seamless. We drove straight into the hangar and were immediately ushered into a bay. 10 minutes later, someone had come to collect our keys, and we were straight on the ship. Upon return, the office is immediately after you exit the luggage reclaim, with super friendly staff to guide you to collect your key, and then to your car. Absolutely brilliant service. Will definitely be using again, and recommending to friends

Damn, that was so simple! We used them to look after our car whilst we were on the P&O Iona. I was very nervous first of all- with hindsight, I have no idea why. I never had to do a thing! I pulled up and they started to check the car in without any prompt from me. A lovely lady came up, called me by my name and told me to take my cases out and start our holiday! Coming back was just as easy- I handed in my ticket, they gave me the key and away we went. I have already booked them for my next cruise, and honestly don’t think I will be using any other company.

Unfortunately my partner suffered a mishap on her cruise and had to fly home - the staff at CPS made the process of picking the car up as smooth as possible- were easy to keep in touch with and so helpful especially Richard but also all the other staff I dealt with - big thank you to everyone

Returned from an amazing 2 week cruise with Island Princess this morning to be greeted by a welcoming team at CPS. The service was excellent. We were in our car and on our way home in literally no time at all. Over the years we have traveled down to Southampton every way possible. Driving down by car and parking with CPS was by far was the most relaxing, time efficient and reassuring process. I travel with two disabled family members and I can't thank CPS enough for the help and support this morning. Great team, will definitely use them again.

Quick and efficient service. Helpful staff. Through the process of booking, dropping off the car and picking it back up after our holiday everything went as smoothly as we could have wished.

Very good service, on arrival we were greeted by the team who dealt with us quickly and efficiently.
On departure the service was equally as good

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant
The car parking system was 1st class and stress free

Easy and stress free could not ask for anything better.
Car picked up on dock side when you arrive and then just a short walk to the car park when you return.

We were met right at the cruise terminal by a representative of the company, and are car was examined for condition and were and tear, and in the meantime our luggage was unloaded then
The representative of the company gave us our parking information and a card to retrieve on the return home.
To pickup our car was just as straight forward as dropping it off,
Just a short walk to the car parking area, there were representative waiting to help with the process of retrieving our vehicle.
It was nice and simple, you handover the vehicle id card and they give you your keys.
And as I was a disabled driver they parked the car in a disabled parking space which was a great help.
Would i recommend this company, yes.

Easy to find, right next door to the cruise terminal! Very well organised with staff ready to take your car as soon as you drive in. Have used before and would definitely recommend :)

Always the most convenient way to park and get your luggage aboard your cruise ship. Although I do miss the porters collecting your bags from the car. Now you have to trolley it over to the Pods yourself. Will continue to use CPS for any of our Southampton deparures. And on return the staff are always very helpful.

Just arrive at the terminal and the rest is taken care of for you. No queueing to drop off or pick up the car.

We arrived at the postcoded terminal site to find no ship waiting for us and then found we had to drive to an alternate location, some distance and minutes away, which we did.
Directions to where to pull up by the ship were good but no porterage was offered and it was not so clear as to where to deposit our cases.
I felt our exit from the car being rushed by the operative and as a consequence I nearly forgot one of my bags and my phone: The phone was still set up in the dash holder as my sat nav.
Returning to pick up car with all our cases balanced precariously on a trolley we had to manhandle all our luggage ourselves from the terminal to a car park some distance away for which there was very limited shelter from the elements. At the point of collection kiosk again there was very poor shelter from the weather around that area accentuated by being advised to park our luggage away from the kiosk to avoid congestion.
Got in car to realise that driver’s seat position had been moved which meant, until I was able to find my best seat position again, I was accelerating too hard and stalled the car at the first junction I had to pull up too: Very annoying and possibly dangerous consequences. I understand we are not all the same physical size but I think a clear and bold cautionary note should be left in the vehicle as a warning that the seating needs re-adjusting PRIOR to moving off.
The service is getting more expensive but it is still the best option for me. The overall service could be much improved with relatively little effort or cost.

Great service from booking to picking up vehicle. Booked online using booking reference for cruise was easy. Service provided at the terminal was excellent. Picking up the car was very easy at the terminal.

Really well organised and very straightforward, both dropping off and picking up. Staff were polite and helpful.

Quick drop off. Car was deposited and gone within 5 minutes of arrival.

Also quick collection upon return (although it took me a little while to find the car again).

Good but now an expensive option. Staff always helpful, quickly answered phone when I needed to change car details, would be 5 stars except for price increase.
Also could you consider option for electric car charging? Would be good to return to fully charged car.
