Excellent website, customer service and speed.
The website was intuitive and easy to use. I tried several other websites, and the design and lack of ease of use annoyed me to the point that I gave up on them. But this website was straightforward, and that is how I chose to make a purchase. I did not wait on hold, and the customer service provider (Rowan) was excellent and processed the transaction efficiently. All my questions were answered, and the purchase made, in less than 30 minutes, which is golden for a working mom with no time.
