Clarification of email
Called to speak to someone today to see if they could clarify a concern I had from an email I had received from them. I spoke to Josie Holman who was very professional & knowledgeable, answered my concern’s & reassured me that they operate on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis & should any costs be incurred these will be taken from the settlement amount only. This has put my mind at rest as I was beginning to think that I may end up paying out more to CRS should my PCP motor claims pay out…..

Great service from Gemma
I spoke to Gemma this morning about an email I had received. As a pensioner I am very anxious sometimes when I receive a message from solicitors. Gemma was very reassuring and kind. She took the time to explain everything to me and I felt so much better after the call.

Today i spoke to a lovely lady called josie holman about possible scam calls ive been receiving . She looked into it it and confirmed my fears, luckily i had not released any information to the scammers.
