This solicitors is involved in fraud getting your information off scammers and saying we’re dealing with your claim which i didn’t ask for or did i even ask them to contact me they somehow get your email and send none stop emails about car claims saying there dealing with it i never asked them to or asked anyone else to do a claim for me they are buying people’s information i have called up they said they were sent my information off a another company and told to take on my claim so some scam company sent you my email address and that your story you can now deal for a claim I didn’t ask for or want you to do not trust this company at all if you have had this done by them report them to solicitor regulation authority SRA this needs to be stopped they can not and will not carry on like this

We are sorry to hear of your concerns, where you have felt it necessary to leave a negative rating.
We do not want you to feel you have been misled in anyway. We are a regulated firm, which you can verify through our SRA number: 639255.
We work with similarly regulated lead specialist. It’s likely, you signed up for a claim with an organisation such as My Claims Group, who are a registered claims management company, who generate established client leads for potential motor finance claims.
No action is complete before we have gain sufficient client authority. We complete stringent investigation of any accusations of fraud or misinformation. We would not proceed with your claim, unless we felt we had sufficient authority in which to act. We will be able to provide you with the signed consent you had completed to instruct us on this claim. As well as provide confirmation, of how your claim was provided to our firm, and the exact details of how and when you signed up for a claim.
We have been unable to locate an account for you on our systems, with your name alone. We would therefore appreciate if you could contact us directly, so we can further investigate your concerns, and resolve the issues you have raised, in line with our complaints procedure.

Many of these reviews must also be FAKE and even though Consumer Finance Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under SRA They are liars along with the other Solicitors firms of My Car Claim (connected to Consumer Finance Law but send independent emails which I suppose is to double their chances!!) and Complex Law. They have all blatantly used my online data from a generic questionnaire I completed with details of past car finance just as the government announced this (as you would to secure car insurance quotes) and created a FAKE signature for me on their contracts saying I signed them!! I never did and have solicitors with whom I spoke with at the time so I’m 100% but I can see how easily this trap could work…they are doing this illegally but no ombudsman gives a dam. Just dont pay any cancellation fees as there is NOTHING they can do.
Check your facts on AI as clearly can’t trust solicitors in UK anymore plus its free.
They are also acting illegally as they don’t include any unsubscribe option on their emails.
They lied you didn’t sign their contract so ignore them. I now have to wait 8 weeks for a decision that if I don’t agree with they’ve suggested the Financial Ombudsman with whom I spoke today and apparently that’s nothing to do with them!! The lack of safeguarding in place for general
Members of public against these supposed professional firms is abysmal
