I am sorry to read that you have a brush that is shedding. New brushes can have some fall out, which are loose hairs left over from manufacture as you may know. A gentle wash and brushing the head firmly across your wrist back and forth can help to get rid of any excess hairs. The order process and delivery was …college makeup kit
The order process and delivery was quick. The brushes in the kit were decent but the actual makeup is very poor, it looks like the cheap makeup you buy for young kids at Halloween, pretty much the cheapest you could get. Also no disposable brushes, no brow products at all. Very disappointed for the cost.

The kit has been carefully selected by the College tutors, who personally choose all of the products that are included. You mention that there are no brow or disposable items, but we do sell a great variation of these on our website and they can be purchased as extras to compliment the kit at any time and you would have received a College discount voucher.
The tutors were very happy with the quality of the products that they chose, which include some of our best selling items and you will see from other reviews across this site and social media pages, just how popular these items are.
Our makeup range is of a very good quality and is very competitively priced compared to many other brands on the market. I would like to help you with the issue of your brush shedding, as normally any hairs that are loose are left over from manufacture. We would recommend washing it and then brushing the tip back and forth to remove any more hairs. With regards to your comment about the postage, as per our website we do offer a selection of delivery methods and we do clearly state that using the Untracked and Uninsured service it can take up to 10 working days for the order to arrive. There is a quicker option and that is the tracked service to Ireland which normally takes around 3-4 working days.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with this and that you wouldn't shop with us again, but please know that we do our best to give as many choices as we can and provide all the information in advance so you can shop in confidence.

Excellent experience with Crownbrush. I would love to purchase from them again. Main concern is the pigmentation and slight chalkiness of some of the individual colours but overall a wonderful experience and my favourite palette I always reach for!

I am sorry to hear your brushes have been bent out of shape. This can happen sometimes while the brushes are in storage, or during posting. Can we recommend that you wash the brushes with a brush cleaner and you can reshape the hair while it is damp and this should help. best ever eyeshadow Pallette I've ever purchased 35 rose gold as a makeup artist there is so many beautiful shades to choose from all my clients are in love with this Pallette and the desert lip gloss is amazing on the lips the brushes are of high quality my favourites are the dome face and powder brush and the eyeliner the bristles are so small it gives you the perfect winged liner every time with ease.. The pigmentation of the eye shadows are unreal I will definitely be repurchasing, costumer service is very good and friendly :)

Delivery was quick and efficient but 2 of the brushes ordered for the summer school I was teaching were faulty, the tips of the hairs were covered in glue so they couldn't be used.

I didnt find the brush set great unfortunately, there was a big dip in my angle brush, I did email them with pics and they just said to send the whole set back ( unused ) ..I had already used them to test them out,

I am still waiting for Customer Services to return my call two weeks later.
Incidentally, Morphe managed to get a set of their 513MB brushes to the UK from California in a day...

Avoid the hassle. Shop elsewhere.
When I was made aware that my order status was "On Hold", I simply asked for a refund and mentioned how I was disappointed with the lack of information I received about me incorrectly entering my e-mail address. After which, their customer service was incredible rude and unprofessional.
Here is an actual copied and pasted extract from our conversation:
"Me: I'm disappointed as I wasn't made aware that my e-mail was entered incorrectly. Otherwise, I would have purchased from your company must sooner
Charlotte: How are we supposed to know your email address is incorrect, we cant look at every order that comes in as there are thousands im afraid.
Me: It is clear that the standard e-mails end with "hotmail" or "gmail", something along those lines. Many companies are able to detect when a customer has entered the ending part of the standard e-mail incorrectly
For instance, one of your competitiors, Cult Beauty can do that.
Charlotte: AS I said Im afraid we dont examine each customers order for errors, that responsibility is down to the customer."
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don't shop with Crown Brush!!

Good Afternoon Victoria/Christine, We thought we would clarify in full the events so our customers can see we tried everything to assist you and that you have done your best to cut out all the helpful pieces of information we did for you. Unfortunately when you entered your order, you mistyped your email address which is an easy error we do understand that, and because of this when we emailed you through our CMS you didnt receive the email to state that an item you have ordered had gone out of stock and we were asking if you wanted a refund for that item or to choose an alternative colour? A good piece of customer Service, we thought.
You got in touch with us as you couldn't login into your account and that was when your error was discovered, that the email address had been entered in incorrectly, we amended this for you to enable you to login to your account and discussed if you would like a refund or an alternative colour.
As I'm sure our customers will appreciate with the volume of orders that we receive unfortuantely we cannot check all our customers details that they have entered are accurate. We do take on board your helpful comments and will look to include another email field so you cannot enter in the email address in twice incorrectly. We hate disappointing our customers.

In my opinion very bad quality all over!
In my opinion. When I first seen them on line I could not wait for my order to be delivered but when I got them they were In the cheapest of plastic looking case. The handles were a plastic horrible feel & the brushes they felt so cheap. I did not use them & won't be either. I am use to a better quality of make up brushes & in my opinion they quality all over is really bad. I won't be buying another & I did give them to my niece as she Is 14 so that type of quality would be ok for children.

A couple of points to raise, our Brushes do not have plastic handles, the wooden handles from our Luna set are painted in a high gloss black paint, the set in question is our Number 1 Selling Brush Set globally.
