Every brush I have purchased has always been of excellent quality. I have bought and been gifted in the past brushes from more expensive ranges but I much prefer my Crown ones. I always recommend them to friends. The service is excellent too. Brushes arrive promptly and well protected.

Smoke It Out Too - Eyeshadow Palette
I ordered the 'smoke it out too' eyeshadow palette. It arrived really quickly and was really well packaged. The eyeshadows are really bright, vibrant colours and have a lovely texture and are easy to apply and blend. The darker shades need a touch up in the evening but considering the price for 35 eyeshadows that's fine by me, and they still last longer than other shadows I've purchased in the past. Really pleased with this palette and I would definitely recommend it.

Best brush company around !
I have used Crownbrush for a number of years and cannot fault them at all. They are my "go to" for brushes and I constantly recommend them to other people.
The choice of brushes is immense !! and the prices are fantastic. The service they provide is excellent.
I recently placed an order and there was a problem with one of the brushes and they replaced it immediately without any fuss or delay.

Utterly Professional
I’ve always used Crown Brush for there accessories and there zip brush belts are incredibly size appropriate for us makeup artists on the go and super durable. Only the past year have I started to gain a collection of there brushes and to say I’m impressed is an understatement. The quality of the entire brush is definitely professional standard and I couldn’t recommended them enough.

The brushes are terrible
The brushes smelled terrible and the bristles kept sticking to my face as I used them. And some of the brushes where hard and scratchy when being used

We are sorry to read your comments. If you ever have any issues with any products that you have purchased, we would recommend that you contact our customer services department in the first instance so that we can assist you.
The set that you purchased is one of our best sellers and is a combination of natural and synthetic hair types, so this can cause some brushes to smell slightly differently to others. Most new brushes can shed some hair, this excess hair can be removed with a gentle wash and firm brush back and forth. If you feel that the brushes are shedding excessively then please do contact us directly.
