Ute hire for four days
Cross country rentals were very helpful, as we needed to hire a ute last minute .Correspondance via phone and email was really quick and when we wanted to return the ute earlier that was fine also.Staff on pick and drop off of vechicle were very friendly and efficient.Highly recommend this company .

A group of twelve people visiting Hamilton
We had a group of twelve people visiting Hamilton for four days and most were unfamiliar with the area.
Also to allow all to be together on planned visits a Cross Country vehicle was the obvious answer.
Having had previous experience with Cross Country Vehicles in Wellington I had no hesitation in approaching your Waikato Branch and was treated exceptionally well qnd booking what we required was made very easy by the Branch Manager and staff

Excellent service!
Excellent service from the staff, responsive and flexible as crazy things happen. Everyone was kind, understanding and they maneuvered with me as needed to adjust pickup as flights were canceled and changed. They also had free additional drivers and that was key.

Was given different sized bus from what was booked. Very embarrassing when one of our party couldn't come with us because of insufficient seats. CCR computer was not accurate to identify the discrepancy.
