Recently bought a watch from this seller and i can honestly say their customer service was first class. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I never got my Garmin forerunner and I had a lot of correspondence back and forth with a very polite salesperson (Maria). I had to admit that I lost patience and at some point thought I was dealing with a bot, and that I had to open a case with VISA.

This was not the case, but I think the business should inform the customer that they will need some time to source the item and that it can take many weeks if not months to source. It is bad form taking payment for goods before the item is ready to ship.

The company and Maria are genuine and I have been reimbursed in full.

Hatte eine bestimmte Citizen für meine Frau für einen Partnerlook bestellt, da ich die gleiche geschenkt bekommen hatte. War überall anders ausverkauft (Auslaufmodell). Wie auch unser örtlicher Juwelier ist dann auch Crivelli nach wochenlangen Bemühungen, begleitet von zahlreicher Kommunikationper Mail daran gescheitert, die Uhr noch einmal zu besorgen.
Als ich dann schwer enttäuscht mein Geld zurückverlangte, bot man mir an,, mir ein neueres Modell von Citizen zuzuschicken, welches "meiner Uhr" äußerst ähnlich sieht und obwohl deutlich teurer, zum gleichen Preis, was ich annahm Dazu schickte man mir dann diese Uhr auch noch an einen wechselnden Urlausort in Italien (mit dem Wohnmobil unterwegs) hinterher. Sind sehr glücklich mit dieser Uhr. Insgesamt ein über alle Maßen vorbildliche Verhalten. BESTNOTE UND NOCHMALS VIELEN DANK an Crivelli!!!!!@

UPDATE: I have been emailed a receipt of refund. The money has yet to come into my account, but I am hopeful this will happen soon. I will update the review once the refund hs been fully processed.

I purchased a Daniel Wellington watch from this website on the 25th of January and have yet to receive the product. My order number is (12328). The website states that it will take 3/5 working days for the product to be delivered to EU countries. I am living in Ireland so there shouldn’t have been much of a delay. However, 8 weeks later I still haven’t received the watch. I have been in regular contact with the websites customer support via email and WhatsApp where they continuously assured me that the product was about to be sent for delivery. Eventually after requesting a full refund they sent me delivery tracking information, however according to the UPS tracker the docket was simply created and the item had never actually been shipped. I once again requested a refund and was told that this had been complete. However, I have yet to be provided with the refund. I implore anyone thinking about using this website to please be mindful of my terrible experience. I will gladly update this review once/should I receive the refund. My next step is to make a formal complaint with both my credit card supplier (lodge a charge back) and report my experience to the police here in Ireland.

Ordered a particular Casio watch that I struggled to find anywhere else. This shop sold it at a very reasonable price, it took 18 days to arrive and did require me to chase the seller a bit on email, but Maria was very helpful and courteous and I am very happy with the product. I think buyers need to be a bit patient and perhaps the shop could do a better job at communicating with its customers from the beginning, for example, if they are selling items that they need to source from elsewhere just be clear with the customer up-front that it might take 2-3 weeks and keep the customer informed about progress so they don't feel that they have been forgotten and don't feel the need to chase the seller for an update. Communication (and a good watch, of course) is key to happiness!

My Crivelli Shopping experience was a delight and I would not hesitate to shop there again.

Depending on what you buy, you may need to be very patient until you get your item!

I placed my order for a Citizen Satellite Wave watch on 1st November 2023.

I didn't receive any updates for over 10 days, so I decided to contact the shop, which proved to be tricky as their phone number was out of service. Finally I managed to contact them via Google Maps messaging on the 11th of November 2023, and I was told the item was being prepared and will be sent by the end of the week.

What followed over the next few weeks was a lot more messages and emails, telling me the order would be sent out within a few days and to expect a parcel tracking code soon.
The main reason for the delay I was given was that there was a huge backlog of orders over the Christmas period and that they were really trying to sort them out ASAP, always apologising for the inconvenience it caused.

This continued until the 8th of January 2024, after which I got too anxious about this transaction and decided to file a chargeback claim with my bank.
The day after I was contacted by Crivelli over WhatsApp, again reassuring me that they were just then preparing the order for delivery, and asking me why I had filed a dispute.
To which I replied that I had no guarantee or reassurance about the order, it had been months since I had paid for it, and that I had reason to believe I was being scammed.
They apologised again and I agreed to retract the chargeback as soon as I had the watch in my hands, and even lay again should the chargeback be awarded to me and the delivery take place after that.
More back and forth followed over WhatsApp, including getting my shipping address right, and finally a photo of the watch saying it has arrived (Crivelli might be sourcing from other sellers, which is fine), and eventually proof that the package was sent via DHL to me, which I received on the 2nd of February 2024.

I have now retracted my chargeback and I'm happy with my watch, but it took way too long.
My suggestion to Crivelli is please keep your customers informed, and if it is a rare item that you think will take 2 months or more to source from elsewhere, tell them about it so they know when to expect it!
