Ho ordinato un prodotto Swarovski che non si trovava da nessun'altra parte. Non solo sono riusciti a reperirlo, ma lo hanno anche spedito in Grecia molto rapidamente. La comunicazione costante e gli aggiornamenti da parte del negozio – e in particolare l'assistenza fornita da Maria – sono stati preziosi. Acquisterei sicuramente di nuovo da loro.

Ho acquistato un orologio pagandolo contestualmente in data 14/07/2026.
Il pagamanto risulta andato a buon fine in data 16/07/2026.
Malgrado i numerosi solleciti a tutt'oggi, 04/08/2026 non ho ancora ricevuto l'articolo né risposta all'ultima mail inviata.
AGGIORNAMENTI:
Ho avviato la procedura per il reso ( di un orologio mai ricevuto) l'8 agosto contestualmente chiedendo tramite pec l'immediato rimborso.
Ad oggi non ho ricevuto niente.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Crivelli.

On March 1st, I purchased a watch as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Despite several contacts with customer service and multiple promises regarding the delivery, the watch arrived only one month later, more than a week after her birthday. As a result, I was unable to give her the gift on time.

To make matters worse, the watch I received was not the one I had ordered. It was a different model, less attractive and also cheaper than the watch I had originally purchased.

To resolve the issue, I proposed two reasonable options to Crivelli: 1. I return the watch and receive a full refund. 2. I keep the watch in exchange for a partial refund/price reduction.

Crivelli agreed to provide a partial refund as compensation. However, despite numerous reminders on my part and repeated assurances from customer service that the matter would be resolved, I still have not received the promised refund.

We are now 3.5 months later, and the issue remains unresolved.

Delays can happen, and mistakes can happen. What is most disappointing is the lack of follow-through and the repeated promises that were never honoured.

After I placed a wrong order myself, returning the watch was no problem. Unfortunately, it got lost during shipping. Despite that, Crivelli still refunded the purchase amount. They didn't have to do that, and it is really good service.

Ho acquistato dal loro sito uno Swatch molto difficile fa trovare. Tutto perfetto, anche la comunicazione con il titolare che prima dell'acquisto mi ha consigliato sulla misura da prendere. Grazie infinite! Consigliatissimi

Ho effettuato un ordine il 16 dicembre 25 per un bracciale Breil da regalare a Natale. Nonostante i miei ripetuti solleciti prima delle festività, sono stata ricontattata solo il 6 gennaio. Il sito non era aggiornato e il prodotto non era disponibile da tempo, ma nessuno si è degnato di inviarmi una semplice mail per avvisarmi del disservizio, facendomi così saltare il regalo di Natale.

Oltre al danno e alla mancanza di tempestività, trovo inaccettabile il comportamento post-vendita: dopo aver ricevuto una mia precedente recensione negativa, l’azienda ha cercato di farla oscurare e mi ha fatto pressioni affinché la cancellassi, invece di scusarsi seriamente e per tempo, per il disagio causato.

Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio per la mancanza di trasparenza sulle disponibilità reali dei prodotti ma soprattutto per l'atteggiamento poco professionale verso il diritto di opinione dei clienti.

Ottimo shop online di gioielli: vasta scelta, prodotti originali e spedizione veloce. Molto soddisfatto anche della selezione di Morellato, qualità eccellente e prezzi competitivi.

Professionalità e serietà sempre al primo posto…

Ordered watch. Paid. I was told that it was shipped. However, when I asked repeatedly and posted the review here, it turned out that it had not yet been shipped. My original review was very bad. I have not received the watch yet. I am not upset about the delay but about the false communications. If I receive the watch I will give one more star, but in general communication is slow and not sufficient for the price of these items, imho.

BEWARE, DON'T ORDER OR BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

Almost 7 months ago (24th of June 2025) I ordered a watch and paid for it (€ 469,22). I still haven't received the watch and after several e-mails from me why they don't ship/deliver the watch, they don't give a proper explanation and come with all kind of excuses.
I asked them several times to cancel my order and pay back my money, but they don't do anything.
To my latest 2 e-mails with the request to pay back my money, they don't even reply anymore.

Let this be a warning to you, don't order/buy anything here.
If you still aren't convinced and want to take a shot, please use a Creditcard, then you have some kind of insurance that you won't lose your money.

No information whatsoever, no shipment info, no answering the phone. I dont know how this will end, but definitely go somewhere else to do your shopping. update: today 17.12.2025 still nothing! I am contacting EU customer protection. Besides, this seller is just lying ...If possible I can attach email correspondence with the seller!!! Just a joke of a business. No dignity, no profesionalismus, just incredible!!! Just want to forget this shop! one mail after another to change my review ! Lost my trust in Trustpilot as well, allowing this !

We visited Maori in October and stopped into this shop on our way to dinner. We purchased two pretty bracelets as gifts for friends. My husband saw a Swatch Watch that he really liked but we had to get to dinner and we were leaving the next morning. I thought we would see another one as were only halfway through our trip.

Sadly, we did not see another watch. When we returned home, I reached out to the shop via WhatsApp and he responded quickly. He send photos of the watches and I confirmed the one my husband liked. The shop owner worked with me to arrange payment, and shipping. He was very good with consistent communication and provided tracking information.

The watch arrived in perfect condition and faster than I expected. My husband will be very surprised and happy come Christmas Day! I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional this shop owner was.

I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and owner to others.
