Dat Crisp ervoor kiest slopen apart aan te bieden wijkt af van wat je als consument verwacht en dient derhalve zeer expliciet vermeld te worden. Dit is op de site absoluut niet het geval. Er verschijnen 4 afbeeldingen van het gekozen dekbedovertrek waarvan 3 met slopen afgebeeld .
Nog belangrijker je krijgt tijdens het bestelproces de keuze voor EXTRA kussenslopen . Dit suggereert dat slopen erbij in zitten. Kortom hier is sprake van een misleidend verkoopproces en geen transparantie. Gevolg is nu dat ik nog een bestelling moet plaatsen met opnieuw best hoge verzendkosten. Na mijn klacht hoef ik de extra verzendkosten niet te betalen. Toch mag je meer transparantie verwachten van een dergelijke webwinkel uit het hogere segment.

Super service, vraagtekens over de kwaliteit.
Ik twijfel over het aantal sterren die ik mag geven. Ik ben erg fan van de tencel producten! Vorig jaar kocht ik een hoeslaken hiervan maar deze ging wel met een halfjaar kapot. Nu vind ik dat wel erg snel gezien de prijs. Nu heb ik vorige week een hele set besteld van het tencel materiaal en zit er na één week alweer een klein defect in het hoeslaken. Nu krijg ik wel een nieuwe toegestuurd, super service! Maar twijfel ik wel over de kwaliteit van dit (zeer prijzige) product.

The product quality is outstanding. But the colour of the bedsheet (a beautiful light soft beige) and the cover was not the same :( Tone in tone could have been nice, but the tone of the Pale Beige cover - had a green tone.

While the customer service response was a bit slow, they took full responsibility for an issue with DHL, not only covering my shipping costs but also providing the entire package for free. Best quality sheets I have ever tried
This was my third purchase from Crisp Sheets and I am looking forward to buying from them again! Once you get used to Crisp Sheets, buying any other sheets gets difficult as the quality of Crisp Sheets is just incomparable.
