Dekbed hoes is prachtig, kleur is zoals afgebeeld en kwaliteit is top. Communicatie en levering is betrouwbaar. Ik ga binnenkort een tweede dekbedhoes bestellen) en ik ben eigenlijk best kieskeurig in keuzes).

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased two bed sheets and the matching pillow cases in the color "crisp americano". We bought a set in powder pink years ago as well. But what I received now was completely differenr quality. The material was very harsh and rough on the skin. Crisp is an understatement. But alao the color is not as advertised in the pictures. Also what was maybe even worse was the fit. It did not fit as my duvet kept shifting down during the night. Leaving us with an empty top.
I contated customer about my experience requesting a refund or at least an exchange. But they simply refused. Because of their no return policy.
Please do yourself a favour and dont buy here if you value your sleep and money. A lot of other wonderful options out there!

Great customer service when it matters
I bought duvet cover (a birthday gift) of the wrong size due to marking mistake by Crisp sheets. When in contact with the lovely Hester at customer service, she was very eager to correct the mistake and rushed the order so that it would come in time for the birthday (which it did). This is truly good customer service when it matters. Thank you! And the bed wear looks just great ☺️

The sheets I bought started pilling after only a few washes, which is super disappointing considering the price.
