Easy und uncomplicated, very friendly Pickup at the Airport. Easy car return, just drop Off the Keys. Next Holiday it will be cretan Cars again.

Wir haben im Oktober 2025 für 8 Tage einen PKW Citroen C3 online gemietet. Mit dem Service waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Fahrzeug wurde sogar kostenfrei am Vorabend zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Fahrzeug war in einem tadellosen und fast neuwertigem Zustand.
Der Fahrer brachte das Fahrzeug zu unserem Hotel, erklärte uns alle wichtigen Details. Die Vertragsunterlagen waren sogar in deutscher Sprache, sodass man alle Bedingungen gut verstehen konnte. Da wir mit Allem zufrieden waren, möchten wir CretanCars eine klare Empfehlung geben.

Wir mieten schon seit mehreren Jahren die Autos und bis jetzt waren wir immer zufrieden mit dem Service . Sehr freundlich und zuverlässig 1A👌👍👌👍👌

This was a new one on me - a car hire company that seemed to understand the worry that customers feel when hiring their holiday rental, and look to have the solutions. I booked online with a small deposit, paid the balance by debit card on pickup, so there is no credit card or holding amounts involved. I then checked-in online (providing address, licence details, flight number and arrival time) which saved time at pickup. I was met by a friendly person at airport arrivals, walked to the car hire centre across the road, and the whole collection process took just 5 minutes. Drop off was similarly relaxed and speedy. The car was fine, the model as expected, and was clean, tidy and fuelled. Here's the reality check though - it is quite an expensive service - for full insurance, no credit card hold, no damage inspections or photos at pick-up, no nervous wait at drop off, and no comebacks down the line - it comes at a price. So, is the price worth it? Yes - for me. Best experience of car hire I've had in 30 years, and this is how is should be everywhere - putting the customer first, making it easy, removing the uncertainty. Just one ask - make it a little cheaper please? You'd get a lot of business if the prices were just a bit keener.

Schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Super Kontakt. Hatten wie vor 2 Jahren schon einmal, waren da schon begeistert. Auto abgeben super einfach: Nur das Auto vor dem Geschäft abstellen, Schlüssel durch einen Briefkastenschlitz einwerfen, fertig. Entweder in englisch, aber auch in Deutsch ist Kontakt möglich.

Rien a ajouter si ce n'est que si je reviens je reprendrai cette agence de location sans hésiter. C'est une agence que je recommande car de plus les garanties sont maximum .

If you simply want to be sure - no hassle, no discussions about insurance, simply a reliable car with reliable service - then these guys are what you need, and prices are correct. We rented a VW T-roc cabriolet for 11 days (which was great fun in spring) and we got exactly what we booked, correctly supplied and returned without issues.

If you go shopping for cheaper rates (and you will find them, especially off-season), make sure you know your insurance situation, and make sure no-one in your party minds getting a worn-down car: rental cars on Crete do detoriate quickly, and get rented out for 4 to 6 seasons.

Im Voraus gebucht, alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Online eingecheckt, damit war die Übergabe super schnell erledigt. Der Bring- und Holservice des Autos in das Hotel ist perfekt, alles Vollkasko versichert. Bezahlung erfolgt in Cash! Also Bares bei der Übernahme bereithalten! Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und Einweisung.

Vorabbuchung des Mietwagens per Mail problemlos, Zustellung direkt am Hotel hervorragend, sehr freundlicher Fahrer, der alles gut erklärt hat. Rundum super Service - gerne wieder mit Cretan Cars

Insgesamt war der komplette Ablauf super unkompliziert. Wir wurden freundlich eingewiesen und alles ging sehr schnell. Das Fahrzeug war für den Preis auch total in Ordnung. Auch ein von uns verursachten Schaden am Auto wurde einfach so notiert (Vollkasko). Sehr Stressfrei und werden wir immer wieder buchen.

Wir sind das zweite Mal sehr zufrieden.

Ihr könnt ruhig irgendwo billig buchen, aber beschwert Euch dann nicht, wenn was kaputt geht und die Kaution weg ist, oder Ihr wegen der Selbstbeteiligung zahlen müsst...
Die Griechen fahren verrückt Auto, die Straßen sind oft schlecht und in den Städten geht es sehr eng zu. Das Parken ist manchmal abenteuerlich. Vorallem in den Parkhäusern... 😜

Booked in advance. Met at exit of airport by a well dressed man with a sign, walked to the car about 200m The car was clean and tidy. Unlimited Mileage Free additional driver. Drop off just as easy, leave the car next to the hut and drop the keys into the box.
Very easy and uncomplicated -all interactions with company clear. Paid by link on email - no problems. Recommended.

Perfekter Ablauf, sehr netter Kontakt! Wir hatten unseren Flug sehr spät, aber das Auto hat schon in Heraklion auf uns gewartet!😉

Comme chaque année tout était parfait! Un service au top! des tarifs très corrects. Respect des horaires de livraison ou l'accueil à l'aéroport, l'état de la voiture nickel! Bref à l'année prochaine!
