So far all is good Mrs Nashea for her position to service and support customer going well she is very professional still have a long way to go, but for overall service well. Yes, wish that the incorporation would give more document showing exactly and how far things are getting complete. It would really help and support customer service to make the customer feel and see their progress.

Anthony my case manager at Credo Legal has been diligent and dedicated in resolving my credit debt. He and the support staff are always friendly professional and courteous. The strategy being used has been affective.

My experience with Credo Legal account manager Nashae Moore. I find her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She keeps me updated on all the progress she makes. And I’m very grateful to her for that.

Nothing to dislike at this point - just signed up. I was with a debt consolidation company, but had not been able to reach them for 4+ days. I saw an ad for Credo and thought I'd take a chance. I see alot of reviews that talk about great account managers, but have they been successful in eliminating the debt within their promise of 24 months, with no additional payments other than the monthly payments.

So I started with credo legal around march of 2025. I got switched to so many different account managers and no one returns my calls. I had waited and waited after being promised that someone would call to sign my husband up to help us in this process. 8 calls to them later and no one called him. Then I blocked my bank account and the same day someone called to sign him up. Go figure. Before I was to restart payments back I got nasty letters about them trying to reach me. My phone never rung. Plus my present case manager Alvero has my email because I was sending him the bills to his email address. I changed my number the other day and sent him an email with the new number and nothing. It’s November 2025 I called today 5 times to speak with Alvero and I even made arrangements to start my payments back but wouldn’t give anyone other than Alvero my information and I asked to be transferred to him. They put me on hold every time and said they were transferring me to him because he was available. I even gave the company my new number to make sure he got it. They transferred me to a survey each time. Then the last time I called today I asked the lady on the phone to connect me to one of their attorneys and I would like to have their credentials to verify them. She kept saying that I had to talk to her. I asked specifically to talk to one of the attorneys again. She then put me on hold and sent me to another survey. I got no where today! I will come back another day to give another review if this is not settled soon. There is no reason when you can’t reach someone or someone reach out to you to get answers you need. I don’t care how busy a company is if you value your people who are paying you, you’ll find to to at least return the call. It hasn’t happened and it never does. When I asked the lady for a full refund since this was happening she said it’s gone to the attorneys. There policy states if your not happy with the services will give you a full refund. I already know this is not true!! Let me find out where we are and if nothing is done about this situation my review will not be so kind.

I was with them since end of July beginning August til I just couldn’t take it anymore October although I have a few date change for the deposits, In the beginning they were good with keeping in touch then I’m seeing my score continue to drop accounts being closed when they could work on the smaller ones to make some kinda agreement in stead giving so much time to the creditors or not even updating or being able to reach the phone system down etc
But them asa company were friendly but communication needs to explained better!

I had to back out. I ended feeling like Credo Legal was a scam due to no support to ensure me that accounts were being handled. I could never get the help after reporting to them my concerns. I could not get this client portal to work. I tried different devices just to rule out cell phone vrs computer and both devices would give me the same error message. Something like we are experiencing an error try again. I let the office know many times, it was very hard to get a hold of Sharika I came across add for Credo on a digital news stating something to the affect Government involvement to get rid of debt. They just dropped the ball with me because I didn’t know where my monthly fee to them was going and know way to see my client portal after letting them know my situation. Almost 3 months I had been paying I decided to back out. Do you think they need to REFUND me?

I first spoke with Mo Salih to go through the application process. He was very thorough about explaining the services they offer through their company. What to expect during process, and said my case manager Tatyana Scott would be contact me about the qualifications and how and what to expect as they proceeded forward from there. She calls on a quarterly basis and communicates everything that is happening with file and what to expect next. I was with a different company before and I wasn't satisfied with their services. Credo Legal has taken a tremendous weight off of shoulders and proven in my mind they are an A+ company. Tatyana Scott has proven possesses A+ quality customer service skills and does a superb job of providing me with ongoing professional communication on the status of my file and progressing forward. She always very pleasant to speak with and answer all of my questions. She deserves a big pat on the back for a job well done. She is the reason I tell everyone about the company Credo Legal!!

The only thing positive about these scammers was I got a total refund by BBB reporting they scammed me. Stay a long way from them. I recommend five lakes lawyer group. It's bad when a care manager admits her wrong.

I want to cancel my contract..no one ever returns my calls I was told someone would give me a welcome call on June 4th, never happened, I was get a welcome call on June 5th never happened.Finally
I called Albro, he apolized and said all was good. I have tried to call him at least 20 times today. no reply

Tatyana is easy to work with and always gets back to me in a short time.
