Leider unseriöses Verhalten. Dieses Unternhemen hatte keine Daten über meine Firma (wozu ich auch nicht verpflichtet bin und schon gar nicht an jede mir unbekannte möchtegern Wirtschaftsauskunft) aber aufgrund dessen haben sie gegenüber einem Lieferanten eine negative Bewertung abgegeben. Womit mir wirtschaftlicher Schaden zugefügt wurde. Auf Nachfrage bei meiner Bank wurde mir schriftlich "eine hervorragende Bonität" bestätigt. Also muss ich Creditsafe eben auch negativ und nicht Businesstauglich bewerten. Sie wissen nichts und nur deshalb wird schlecht bewertet anstatt zu sagen, wir haben keine aktuellen Informationen. Dieses geschäftsschädigende Verhalten ist absolut indiskutabel und werde ich gerne so wie Creditsafe einfach an jeden kommunizieren.

Nathan Harris was very helpful and informative, didn't feel at all like a sales pitch which I appreciated.

Great customer service. Had a few issues with my order but was promptly resolved by Emma would definitely recommend to all businesses.

We have just signed up with creditsafe and so far we cannot fault their services at all. From the inital meeting with Richard, teams help from our accounts manager Sara and our training session with Mia, they have all been prompt, professional and friendly.
What I like most is they don't use any jargon and encourage all questions and training for their platform.

Its user friendly and informative. I am looking forward to using it daily.

I recently had an introduction to the Creditsafe platform and was very impressed with both the software and the service provided. Lewis Walters, who initially contacted me, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain how the system works and how it could benefit our business, without any pressure. The software itself looks very intuitive and powerful for managing credit checks and company information. Overall, it was a very positive experience and a great first impression of Creditsafe.

Lewis Trewartha is always thorough and fully understands when I have any queries. I find him very knowledgeable and helpful when I have spoken to him and always returns promptly with my enquiries.

Have used Creditsafe fo several years now and have found the access to prove extremely useful when watching new customer accounts and ability to monitor existing account.

Showed great flexibility to tailor the service to our business needs. We loved the level of features provided to allow us to manage our risk.

Good product but the high pressure sales emails and calls verge on harassment.

I have found Creditsafe very easy to deal with. The Accounts Sales Manager Paul Duncan has been very responsive throughout, understanding our requirements, arranging trials and providing an agreement that is great value for money. We are now moving into implementation and again are being provided with help and support with set up and to migrate our portfolio onto the Creditsafe system

Really great service from Pau at CreditSafe. Took me through a demonstration which allowed me to see how the system would work for our company and he answered any questions I had there and then.

Paul was really helpful. We had a a few tricky entities and he was able to successfully source and review them. the portal is easy to use, and the monitoring alerts are handy to keep any eye on priority clients and suppliers daily.

Always we find a super high degree of professionalism and respect is shown.

David Hayes was excellent - lively, efficient and knowledgeable.

I am very annoyed you have performed a Hard Search on my credit file,

I have not applied for any credit and the postcode you have used to Trans Union is not mine.

I will be seeking a final response from you so I may take my complaint to The Financial Ombudsman

You certainly did not have consent for a hard search and this has caused me great distress.
I have emailed like you stated with the relevant information but heard nothing from you not even an acknowledgment.
This is just unacceptable so respond to me email quickly please.

Sadly the responses by email so far have been very poor ,you asked me if a recognised a company who apparently did the search you should have known as I mentioned Premier Inn to you it took me a few seconds on google to find out that Worldline Global are connected to Premier Inn.
So all you trying to do on here is trying to make yourselves look good on here but it’s just waffle and in reality you’ve done nothing
Just give me a final response letter so I can go to the FOS as you have no intention of putting things right.
I will reiterate- A hard search on my credit file was done without my consent and the 3 of you involved and you passing the blame around but none of you are actually taking responsibility and sorting anything out to my satisfaction.

I have been corresponding with a Jordan Hopkins and they have accepted the search was not done with my consent and nothing to do with me.

Therefore I have asked him to supply a final response letter so I can take my complaint to The Financial Ombudsman Service as I require compensation for your actions and it’s Creditsafe named on TransUnion nobody else and then it will be removed from my credit file despite you requesting it to be removed that is not enough or a guarantee it will be removed.

I trust a final response letter will be sent to me in due course.

I will not be going to Action Fraud as Jordan suggested as I have researched them and they seem a waste of space.

6th March 2026-

Disappointing that you have not supplied me with a final response letter as yet and Worldline have ignored my email to them.
I will just wait the 8 weeks as they FOS have advised me I can if you or Worldline don’t issue a final response letter.
To make matters worse Jordan Hopkins didn’t even actually apologise in his last email!
You stated above after your Final Response I could escalate my complaint-Well where is it then?????!!!!!!!
