Payments are easy to make and I love that they send payment due notices in such a timely fashion. I have bought two cars using credit acceptance and I enjoy the ease of the experience every time!

Since 1972, Credit Acceptance has offered automobile dealers financing programs to help them sell vehicles to consumers, regardless of their credit history. These programs are offered through a nationwide network of automobile dealers who benefit from sales of vehicles to consumers who otherwise could not obtain financing; from repeat and referral sales; and from sales to customers who come into the dealership believing they have credit issues, but qualify for traditional financing. Further, we report to the three national credit reporting agencies, giving consumers an opportunity to improve their credit score and potentially qualify for more traditional financing.

Poor business practices

Credit acceptance backs, poor car dealers that put shoddy vehicles that barely pass inspection or should not pass inspection. And these vehicles break down in less than a year or have major problems. That cost thousands of dollars to fix the extra warranty options are a nightmare to try to get to work, or they don't trying to set things up to get it taken care of through the warranty is next to impossible, many garages will not deal with that. I personally bought a vehicle from autumns, automotive and day. Let they're not in the car while they were trying to clear the check. Engine light. It chewed up the shifter in the car. There was dog hair all over when I received the car. They got the check engine declare. They threw an inspection sticker in the window. I drove it for a month. The check engine light came back on standing at a gas pump. I am feeling my vehicle. It starts leaking gas. I take the vehicle back to autumns, and they tell me they can't figure out where it's leaking. It turned out to be a crack in the fuel pump that required the seat being removed. So they could find said, crack. Also, they it sold made the vehicle. I had the vehicle less than 2 months, and the driver side tire went completely bald. Because it needed a new control alarm. When I took the vehicle to another garage to have it. Inspected, the following year. They told me that the rare coil Springs had been cracked for a very long time. In that it could not pass inspection until those were replaced. Combine that with credit acceptances, stupidly high interest rate. People get trapped with junk cars that within a year to 2 years, they are unable to drive credit acceptance. Does a poor job?And if only cares about the money

The customer service is great

The customer service is great. I’ve only needed to contact them on a couple of occasions with questions. My questions were answered in a timely manner

Extremely ripped off by the car that…

Extremely ripped off by the car that constantly needs repairs. The warranty has covered nothing, Kenny at pace line said he had his own garage (does not), this was a upgrade after a car wreck and the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone just takes my money while I'm going to have another 600$ tire replaced, no reliable air or heat, no reliable headlights,....
