Payments are easy to make and I love that they send payment due notices in such a timely fashion. I have bought two cars using credit acceptance and I enjoy the ease of the experience every time!

Since 1972, Credit Acceptance has offered automobile dealers financing programs to help them sell vehicles to consumers, regardless of their credit history. These programs are offered through a nationwide network of automobile dealers who benefit from sales of vehicles to consumers who otherwise could not obtain financing; from repeat and referral sales; and from sales to customers who come into the dealership believing they have credit issues, but qualify for traditional financing. Further, we report to the three national credit reporting agencies, giving consumers an opportunity to improve their credit score and potentially qualify for more traditional financing.

I was not happy with your auto pay

I was not happy with your auto pay. I have set the date of payment for the fourth and the car is due on the ninth after the ninth. They try to take the car payment out again. Don’t understand if you set a time when the pay something and you try to take it out on a different day than what’s the purpose of having auto pay for if it’s going to cause problems And it gave me a bad marking

A bit of confusion 1st payment.

A bit of confusion 1st payment.
I thought it was set up to be paid in payments.
After receiving numerous notifications it was discovered my payment was paid.However, I didn’t realize it had to be paid 1 month in advance to continue with the payment schedule I had selected.
I certainly didn’t intend to be late especially with my 1st payment! ‘‘Twas a bit of confusion “ but without proper wording on the payment selection page I was not aware of any issues!

My experience with Credit Acceptance has been outstanding! From the beginning, they gave me an opportunity when other lenders might not have, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Everything was clearly explained, and I always felt like they truly cared about helping me succeed with my auto loan.
