I don't like that I have to give a rating BEFORE I get my money back.
How can you expect a 4 star rating when I don't even know if you will do what you say, and refund my money.
Ask again after you returned my money, I'll speak on that.
Update: I still haven't received my refund. I was signed up for a membership I did not want and didn't know until they took money from my account.
I was looking at being a Shein product tester. This was click bait and re re routed me to something totally different.
I still haven't received my refund 3 weeks later.

took my money and gave my credit card info to a secondary company name with same address and took more money from the account. Stated I was ordering an item and when aske how to track it they said I didn't order it but took my money.

They fraudulently charged my card. Told me I couldn't get a refund and then said I could get a refund after leaving a review. This company is awful!

I do not appreciate being signed up for anything i have not requested. Thank you for straightening things out by reversing the charge.

I am still confused on how i signed up for memberships, always read the fine print

I had to contact them multiple times to get the subscription canceled. On the third try, it was finally canceled with a refund of one month. After being told I could use my credits, I was then unable to access my account to use the credits at which point I contacted them again. If I give them a good review they will refund my credits. If I get a full refund on my credits I will write a different review but until my money is deposited in the account, I cannot give this company a good rating.
