I had an issue that was properly handled by this company and it was very much appreciated!!

Would give zero stars if possible. This site is a scam. I notices a few transactions on my bank account last week from this site I had never heard of or used. When I contacted them to refund the fraudulent charges, all they worry about is getting this review instead of helping me. Do Not use this SCAM site, it is fraudulent. Report them to your bank, the BBB and attorney general asap. There you go craftvow.com, you badgered about needing an honest review before you would consider my refund and I've given it. I've already reported you to my bank. I hope that $50 you took from me without my knowledge was worth it!

The customer service was great. They helped me out when I really needed it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is not what I expected. They keep taking money out of my account when I asked for it to be canceled
on July 3rd.

I had no idea I had signed up for this service. As such I canceled and requested a refund. The escalation team was fantastic! They assisted me and quickly refunded my charge. I am grateful and will tell my crafty friends to check them out.

I am giving it one star because I have not ordered anything yet or have had to ask for my money back as there is an order summary and and a box to check if u have read and understand that fine print and in that fine print it clearly states that u will be being charged for membership after 3 days but they will let u know before that starts and u have the right to cancel and there is a number listed as well so like I said I have not had an experience with them personally but I was thinking about it and read fine print before I did and saw the ratings which is still iffy to me if these ratings are something someone from that company is paying them to do but I do know that u have to consent to the membership so if all that’s there then there is not one thing hidden that I can see so what is it no or yea so ok u got ur money back for a membership but answer this did u all get what it was u we’re ordering because I need to know that before I order thanks
