Good selection of products, great customer service.
Good selection of products. I couldn't get the Vegan Birkenstock that I wanted anywhere, not even on the Birkenstock website and was really surprised to find them in The Craft Shop in Bantry. The service was great, they responded quickly to confirm and they were delivered to Dublin in a few days. Great customer service. I will definitely Shop here again!

I ordered Birkenstock Brown Leather (Boston) and they arrived within 2 days! I couldn't source them anywhere in Ireland until I discovered this shop after I asked ChatGPT to find them as I needed them for the weekend!!! They are absolutely perfect fit and look brilliant. Wonderful Experience
I live in the United States, and I have been searching for the Birkenstock Bryson boot in a size 40 Regular/Wide for months. They only sell the narrow version in the US, and you can't order from Birkenstock stores in other countries because they won't ship outside of the country they are in. Finally, I found the exact pair I was looking for at The Craft Shop Bantry, and after emailing back and forth with the shop, I purchased a pair of boots. They shipped promptly and arrived in plastic-free packaging in perfect condition. I am so excited to wear them in the fall, and I'm so grateful that the store ships to the US.

It’s the little things that make a huge difference, hand written address, no plastic packaging, beautifully wrapped in brown paper. The hand written personal note is just wonderful. Postage was two days after order. Fantastic service
