TOP CLASS SERVICE
Went to order new Birkenstocks on a Sunday evening but didn't know if I was to order narrow or regular fit so sent The Craft Shop in Bantry a message. Didn't think I hear from them for a couple of days but they got back to me that same evening!
Ordered my new shoes the same evening and they were posted out to me the following day!
And they fit perfectly!
Couldn't recommend The Craft Shop in Bantry enough - top class service & a huge stock of colours & styles!

I hadn’t heard of Craft Shop Bantry before and I checked the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering.
I’m very impressed with the amazing service! Not only did they have the item I wanted in stock (sold out in the size everywhere else) the email updates were frequent and timely.
I received the package in great order and delivered in less than a week (which included a weekend)
I’m delighted - as is the recipient, and I have no hesitation in recommending Craft Shop Bantry.

THE ONLY PLACE IN THE WORLD ! !
The Craft Shop Bantry was literally THE ONLY PLACE IN THE WORLD that had the Birkenstock boots I was searching for in my size .
Once ordered my walking boots were dispatched swiftly. They arrived beautifully packed with a lovely little card from the folks at The Craft Shop . .
And now they're on my feet.
I can not recommend them highly enough .
