Placed an order ( 1533 ) and paid £6.95 for DPD to deliver.No delivery slots/ texts from DPD just a jumbled mess of messages saying it had been all over the place and was being delivered to my new destination as requested by me….I didn’t request anything You can’t speak to DPD so tried to speak to Cowshed….no call number …numerous emails no answer In the end called SOHO Home to see if they could help Spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed advised she would e mail them and ask them to contact me …..nothing so far I love Cowshed products but will never order from them again as you just can’t speak to anyone when something goes wrong No one emails you back Shocking customer service

I initially had some troubles gaining customer support when inquiring about my gift voucher, however, after a few push backs I got in touch with a lovely lady named DAISY who understood the situation and was able to provide a swift & timely resolution, keeping me up to date throughout - I’m very grateful for customer service support such as her, who actually take the time to listen to the problem vs providing a simple generic company response without taking into account personal / one off factors out of our control. Thank you Daisy & management!

I ordered from their website and I accidentally put my my previous address for delivery. I immediately realised and asked them to change this address to my current one. But they responded two days later saying that once the order is placed, they are not able to change the delivery address - which I couldn't understand why since I wrote to them before the order was dispatched. Then, I went to my previous address to collect the delivery to only notice that although I have ordered for two sets of one product, they have just put one in the parcel. I do not recommend this company. Also, please refund the amount that you have not delivered to me.

Really gorgeous products. Received a gift for my birthday with shower gel and body lotion and it smells beautiful, it is now my favourite! Also, great customer service. I ordered a product for a gift. I paid extra for next day delivery but unfortunately the product didn't arrive in time. When I raised this with Cowshed they immediately replied apologising and refunded the delivery fee (even though I think it was actually the courier's fault rather than theirs). Thank you! Couldn't be happier!

I haven't bought anything from Cowshed lately and am receiving emails and even satisfaction inquiries regarding an order I didn't make. I don't see a trace of a financial transaction on my credit cards but this still makes me worry about how Cowshed / SH group handles my data privacy and security...

UPDATE 15/5: Cowshed support team contacted me, reviewed the problem and found out it was just a human error at a physical sales point. They confirmed there was no data or security breach involved. Their taking the matter seriously and dealing with it swiftly was much appreciated. In today’s chatbot times, that makes a big and valuable difference!

Amazing customer service. It wasn’t cowsheds fault. It was the courier. But they resolved the issue immediately.

A wonderfully relaxing time in the Lazy Lake!

I opted for the Lazy Lake as a birthday treat and went with my best friend. Had a lovely time starting with a salt soak in a hot tub overlooking the lake then access to the relaxation area, steam room, ice room, and infrared sauna. The treatment comes with complimentary face masks and water to keep hydrated. I would definitely recommend!
