Blown away by the people that represent coversure. An insurance company that have told me if its an accident no one should pay. They must be busy with new accounts, not so good when it comes to paying on insurance!

Awful company, incompetent staff who mis sell products.

Over an hour trying to get through to the claim team, avoid these charlatans at all times

After being with them for 7 months they are asking to pay £2000extra for company's fleet insurance and threatening to cancel our policy with them as they have made a mistake in their own system or copied policy from the previous year as it appears, not even checking our new details, which they took over the phone. Plus calls are recorded and they had our new details, new address. They do not admit their mistake and trying to rob our company.
We have received the correct documentation while they had an incorrect information in their system. This is their fault and not ours. What to do next?

The worst services ever!!Please never ever using them

RUDE ,I currently have insurance due for renewal next month .have found it cheaper elsewhere for 50% less and gave them a courtesy call to inform them I would not like to renew .
He asked about my new policy and when I informed we found elsewhere cheaper he became rude,agreessive and basically called me a liar . I said I called to inform them I no longer need their service and he said fine n put phone down.

I have recently changed my car and needed to change my insurance. I contacted Kelly who was so helpful. After researching the best options for me, Kelly rang and gave me a price. After a short discussion, Kelly said “ leave it with me”. The following day, Kelly rang and told me that she had spoken to the insurers again and negotiated on my behalf. Kelly managed to bring the price down for me. Kelly went above and beyond …What a STAR !! Thank you . You are a great asset to the company 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Insured my holiday home with Coversure St Neots. They were polite and incredibly helpful. Was very impressed with their service. Will look to take out my car insurance with them when it’s due.

Fantastic experience with Coversure St Neots - made an enquiry about house insurance via the website and they called me back when promised. The chap I spoke to was really helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be going ahead with the quote provided. 10/10!

Stay away from this company. I did an insurance for good in transit at them and after couple of weeks the company that I work with asked me for a certificate for this insurance and the lady that I talk with she was very arrogant and aggressive trying to convince me that none of the companies are giving certificate for good in transit insurance. Just to make her aware all the other companies are offering a certificate, so I start to think that they are not a genuine insurance company.
On top of that they don’t refund if 14 days are pass.

Further to my review of Feb 1st, I did manage to get in touch with them again.
They promised to return the call straight away.
Absolutely nothing has been heard.
They're clearly not interested in getting new business.
Utterly, utterly useless.

Me an my brother contacted this Insurance Broker for a new quote for motor trade Insurance, They came back to us with promises and then change the whole story.
I would not recommend these to any one and would ask them to think twice as the staff are very incompetent and could do with modern day training. Thanks for messing us around

Absolute joke of an insurance company very good at selling policies but when need to claim no chance avoid at all cost.

Avoid Avoid ! this Coversure brokers did mine insurance for £1600 per annum and when i rung them for a change of vehicle and they quoted me £471 which was £45 when i took out policy. And now I cancelled my policy with them and they refunded only £231and charged me £544 for 23 days .They are robbers and don't use this company and not replyingto emails either .Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid

They are always helpful, they do the research for best competitive prices and are always helpful in making claims or answering questions. I have a small business and I do all of my insurance with them. Great work, recommend.
