If I could put Zero stars I would ,as you all can see from the reviews on this page the company Coversure East is a shambles! STAY AWAY FROM COVERSURE EAST.So many bad reviews and I have left review before absolutely do not insure with them ,my family and myself have took all of our policies elsewhere,And have had the best result.should have left them years ago.

This is not a company I would recommend…

This is not a company I would recommend for any kind of travel insurance cover. Extremely problematic with regard to making any claim on account of their convoluted claims registration mechanism - despite the impressive Axa name attached to it. After some two months or more I managed to get part payment for my losses. Have yet to check if I should have received full payment and compensation.
After several months of utter exasperation a sum of only 30% of my genuine claim was paid out.
What a terrible company this is - absolutely unfit for purpose. They make is virtually impossible for any claims to be made.

Bad Customer service

Please carefully don't trust what they say in the beginning to set up your policy. If you choise to do montly payments you will not be able to stop your payments even you want to cancell the policy. A very bad customer service and attitude when I tried to explain my points.

Lucky Escape! STEER CLEAR!

As you can see from the reply the company are a farce. When quoted over the phone there was no mention of insurance tax. I can also confirm there has been no conversation with me about the company or type of policy I found cheaper to which I can confirm was definitely a fleet policy and not a multi car as suggested and was with the same insurance company just the new broker was a lot more accurate with pricing, cheaper and much more efficient.

STAY AWAY FROM COVERSURE

PS - At the time of writing this they have 47 verified reviews and a score of 2.2 out of 5…..need I say anymore?

I look like I have had a lucky escape. After reading some of there reviews.

Experience was with Joe Boatman who I have been dealing with this week who quoted me for a multi car policy. He quoted £10800 over the phone and then sent me an email for more than he quoted. When I challenge him on it, he denied giving me that price. He strung me on right up until the day of my renewal but luckily I got another brokerage firm to sort it promptly and for cheaper than Joe misquoted for!

Steer clear, absolute waste of time.

I have reviewed the telephone calls and emails and can confirm that Joe had quoted you for a fleet insurance at £10,468.73 plus insurance premium tax bring the total to £11,500 looking at this the premium should in fact have been £11724.98 but his email to you highlighted a discount.
You acknowledged this email and asked for the amount split in 3 instalments instead of 9. The final payment would change according to the number of instalments you needed to pay your loan back over.
We do not offer multi-car policies so it is possible that the cover you have taken up is different to the quote Joe presented to you.

We have Multi-vehicle insurance through…

Updated: Finally got there with a payout agreed but no replacement car whilst ours was off the road. Coversure were just the broker so not entirely their fault.

We have Multi-vehicle insurance through Coversure /MS Amlin and we were hit by another vehicle in January 2023 whilst parked up. We were supposed to be given a courtesy car, but this never arrived. It is now nearly MAY and we have not been given a courtesy nor had our vehicle repaired. It has been deemed a write-off and we were offered approx. 50% of market value in compensation. We disputed this but upon trying to return the calls to the firm, we were unable to get through to anyone.

Frustrated from Twickenham I am currently experiencing great…

I am currently experiencing great difficulty with a none fault claim. It appears to me that my insurance company (AXA) pass all dealing over to Coversure then they in turn have an arrangement with FMG (another claims handler) to either dispose of a perfectly good vehicle or delay the process so long you get so frustrated you have to resort to alternative measures like the Insurance Ombudsman.

Coversure east VERY HIGH FEES

Thanks to the previous reviews.As I was insured with Coversure East for many years.after looking at the previous comments about them I have check my previous renewal premiums and it seems 2 years ago I was charged £350 fee on top of my premium without me noticing ,they did £250 last year and this year the does not appear to be on any of my paper work ,but I have worked it out to be £200 on top of my insurance premium.I haven’t contacted them this year and have taken my policy out with another insurance company who have only put a £40 fee,Good bye Coversure

Great service (past 15 years)

Always (past 15 years) received a great service from Coversure Northampton. From quotes to setting up policies and handling any claims, the team in Northampton have been brilliant.

Coversure east London- terrible service.I spoke to a Turkish lady ,all she did was laugh and giggle, completely unprofessional service.so I hung up ,only to be called back by Ali the branch owner,who then proceeded to beg for my Buisness.Stay away from Ali baba and his 40 thefts.Absolute no go.

I phoned the people I’m supposed to be…

I phoned the people I’m supposed to be insured with and I’m not the cover is £5.32 a month coversure are taking £16.50 and I’m not even insured what a bad company was called today and I thought the guy was going on about my washing machine telling me I can have it at £80 instead of £100 per month then I look at my bank and £240 was taken out of my bank when I phoned the guy couldn’t give me a telephone number to speak with anyone about getting my money back not happy so not use this company stay well clear

Internet access means mutton can be dressed as lamb. Writing fake reviews and posting them online is a practice people are paid to do . Fabrication shows when u get ripped .

Incompetent time wasters.

Wasted months trying to get a quote. Not joking...I tried to get a quote three times with different people and branches. They don't call back, disappear, don't provide quotes, continue providing inaccurate quotes. Ridiculous, unprofessional... just don't bother.

Do not use!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would! Due to a change of circumstances, I tried to upgrade my annual multi trip cover from Europe to include the US. Apparently, this can't be done during the term of the policy. Therefore, I asked for a refund on the remainder of the European cover as this cover no longer suits my needs. This was not possible either. I was directed to the 14 day cooling off period at the start of the policy. That's hardly useful when circumstances change mid-policy!

Excellent service at Coversure Bognor Regis

I recently visited Coversure Bognor Regis with a car insurance query for a visitor to this country driving on an Australian license. Phil, who dealt with my query, was lovely. While ultimately we were unable to find a cost effective solution, he was kind, patient and went the extra mile in leaving no stone unturned. Thank you. Don't use Coversure

We had been with Coversure for around twelve years.
When we needed detail about if we could make a claim they were in a word useless. They just told us to contact the insurance company. As we were paying them as a broker they should have sorted this out on our behalf. In a nut shell they not worth dealing with go to NFU as they were cheaper and this year believe it or not our premium has gone down with Coversure it just went up and up for doing nothing.

The worst insurance brokers i have ever dealt with they charged me 4K and cancelled my insurance because dvla were slow at sending my licence back to me even though i had explained section 88 to them and im raking it further 😤
