Airbags from Covers and All lasted Only One Season – Not Worth the Cost

I purchased the AirBags (SKU: AirBags001) from Covers & All in 2024 and used them to protect outdoor items during the winter. After the first season, they seemed to perform as expected. However, during the second winter, I discovered that they no longer hold air at all.
These are marketed as a durable solution, but in my experience they effectively lasted just one usable season. Given the cost, I expected significantly better longevity.
I contacted customer service and was told the product is out of warranty and that I would need to purchase replacements at current price. There was no accommodation, partial credit, or acknowledgment that a one-season lifespan is not reasonable for this type of product.
If you’re considering these airbags, be aware that they may not hold up beyond a single season. For the price, this represents poor value and I would not purchase any products from them again.

Car seat covers

Cost is reasonable, color is good, fits fairly well. Looks strong, durable, easy to clean. Haven't tried with dogs in car yet.

Recommend putting on web tie straps with velcro across mid section to prevent sliding forward or backward when getting in/out. Suggest web straps with velcro for snug fits on head rests. Some seats don't have head rests. How would you attach those?
Suggest a sleeve or pouch like fitted bed sheet corners to go over the top of the seat and front of bench.

I have a 1998 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition and have 2 back seats.

A 3 month process to an Undesirable Ending

It was a 3 month process of going back and forth asking for measurement, then confirmation before production! All those extra inches they say they would add on their own did not get me the custom fit I paid for. I should have canceled after a gut feeling this is not going to come out correctly. Have pictures but don see a place to submit them here.

Took a long time to get the product…

Took a long time to get the product through. Would appear that the manufacturing is outsourced to India. I would recommend paying more for a product that is made in-country with reliable shipping and good quality control

Untrustful customer service

The item was late, but when it arrived was ok. However we made a mistake on a previous order and was told it was on hold for months. When we asked where it was they said it was still on hold, but when I asked them to release it and ship it, they went on to produce it (it took a week or more) proving to me that the 80% increase in price to hold it and change the measurements was in fact, it turns out they hadn’t even started it.

The items themselves are good, but I would not trust the costumer services, they even had the cheek to offer me 20% of any order, so the offer to me of 80% increase is a bit of an insult.

The tarps are ok, but no better than anywhere else, and if you want to wait a 2 weeks for shipping from India, then go for it. This is the last order we place here.

Pleasantly surprised by quality

Product got held up in UK customs from India manufacturing so delivery was longer than estimated.
When product did arrive I was very happy with the perceived quality. Item appears well made and the addition of the leg clips is also well executed. Covers are slightly snug given ordering process suggested extra would be added to measurements (I don’t think this was the case). Already on garden furniture so will see how they preform in UK showers and sunshine before the real test over winter.

Waiting for sunshine

When I placed my order I was a little bit sceptical. And wasn’t sure what I would actually receive I the way of quality.

From then outset the communication was second to none. Checking, double checking measurements, placements of tags etc. then a final phone call to confirm I was happy with everything.

The covers arrived a week after the original date, but this wasn’t a problem. I am extremely pleased with the results. Can’t wait now for the sun to shine and it be warm enough to sit outside.

I am happy with the size

Just fitted.

I am happy with the size and fit.
I am not happy with the draw cord!
I ordered with eyelets
The draw cord only goes into the hem as far as the first eyelet and is glued in position. This is useless to say the least.
Why would you not increase the size of the hem to allow a full draw string to be accommodated?
Or just supply a shot cord to go through the eyelets?

The product quality itself was great. Customer service, not so much.

The product quality itself was great. It was a custom order and it fit perfectly. The 3 star rating is because customer service is very frustrating and lacking. After I placed the order, I did not receive a invoice/email that stated the order was placed. When I called the phone number on the website, I was told I did not have an order with Covers&All. I checked my credit card account and the charge had been placed and was in pending status. I called Covers&All back with that information and was told that because it was in pending status, my order would not show up on their system until it cleared. Once the charge cleared, I still did not receive an invoice/email stating that I had an existing order; all the while, I was receiving promotional materials from Covers&All based on the contact information I submitted when placing the order. I called back again and, “urrgh”, was told the reason I had not received an order notice was because they had the wrong email address, however, I was getting unrelated promotional materials from Covers&All. Ultimately, in one of the foregoing calls, I was able to verify and clarify my order and it arrived as finally expected.

When the construction of the covers did…

When the construction of the covers did not meet our needs, I was asked to send a video of our concerns.
It has been a week now and nothing. I have gotten several requests to provide feedback to which I answered, that I would like to wait till customer service had the chance to address our concerns. So when this request came and it's been a week with no response it seems that their customer service is poor.
