Thorough, sturdy design
I appreciated being able to look at the designs of the cover to make sure it met everything that I need for the custom fit. The designer was very thorough about getting precise measurements for different areas of the space to be covered. I liked that I was able to choose where I wanted extra clips to be placed to help with with areas that my patio gets more wind.
I am impressed with how thick the cover is and it has bit of a looser fit so doesn't feel like it's going to rip trying to get it applied.

Feels quite thin, but is fully waterproof as proved after a downpour. Very satisfied.

An outstanding provider of garden furniture covers that I happened to stumble across online. Not only was the table cover of excellent quality but I had not expected a "fitting service" that designed and made my cover to the exact dimensions of my table including the rounded corners. Have been given the run around for more…
Have been given the run around for more than 3 weeks. Each time I vi at t whether by chat or phone I am told a pack of lies and promised dates when shipping will happen (if they don’t scriptly say “in 24-48 hrs). Dates com and go and still no shipping tracking number. I contacted again and told 24-48hrs.
I was so happy with my first order with them, and this time I am absolutely appalled.
I was contacted by their online reputation agent because of a negative review I posted, he promised shipping by Monday. Even asked me to change my review, which I refused until I receive the order. It’s Tuesday and the order hasn’t even been made still.
I am so annoyed and let down.

Good but …
After ordering a fantastic cover last year we decided to fit a small sun blind to the length of our outside den, quality was great, sizing about right but does not block as much sun as I hoped, so trying to think of some way of making it thicker to give more shade.
