Absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend anyone and i informed my other taxi fellow’s and in groups I hope you won’t get any new coustomers you are hidden thieves and scammers especially one of your colleague name daisy she played very well absolutely not happy with this company this was my last renewal from 26 I would leave and would never come back ..

After reviewing your case, it appears that your policy was arranged through a ghost broker — an unauthorised individual or company who falsely claims to act as an insurance broker. These individuals often pretend to represent legitimate insurance companies or brokers, but they are not approved or regulated to do so.
Unfortunately, because ghost brokers are not authorised, any transactions or communications made through them are not valid, and we’re unable to deal with them on your behalf. You provided us with evidence confirming this during our previous communication.
To protect yourself, it’s important to always purchase or renew insurance directly with us or through a verified, FCA-authorised representative. If you’d like further advice or support regarding this matter, our Customer Engagement Team will be happy to assist.
