My experience with couch-savers was great! The live chat was extremely helpful because I wasn’t sure what exact size I needed to buy. She easily helped me figure out where I needed to measure on my couch.

I honestly never do reviews, but this company has been absolutely TERRIBLE. I ordered a product from them in April (its the end of July). I got a notification that the package was returned to sender. They REFUSE to give me my money back and assure me that the package is still in transit after I sent them the proof that the package was returned. I get the same response EVERY SINGLE TIME I request the status for it. It seems silly to come on here and complain about losing $50 but every other company would've refunded me or sent me a different product. I am tired of dealing with these people and might have to accept the loss. I just hope other people don't waste their time. Even if it was a mistake, not refunding me the money or sending me a replacement lacks integrity and shows how greedy the company is.

I received my covers today, July 22. I had ordered them April 30. It's already been made very aware here that the shipping is not fast, nor is the communication/tracking transparent so I won't get into that. I want to just give you an honest review of the actual cover itself.

First, it's spandex and polyester blend - at that it feels very, very cheap. My question is for a company that says they are pro environment why would they be working with fabrics that cause so many problems? Full disclosure I actually didn't see where they mentioned what materials they use on the site when I ordered.

Second. One of the biggest reasons I ordered this was because it was stated as "water repellant" and having two littles, it was something i really wanted. i did a quick test, took 2oz of water and "spilled" it. It went right through - no beading, no run off as listed on the site.

Third. As far as looks - it's OK. It's nothing special.

All in all I have some pretty severe buyers remorse. I notice that they have removed the section about being 100% satisfied guarantee. After this wait I'd say i'm about 10% satisfied as the color looks to be what was advertised.

I cannot speak to the return process yet - but with a 20% restocking fee...it's super disappointing. Final word DON"T BUY.
