Purchased through Groupon, easy process so far. Customer service representative was very nice.

I'm so happy I chose CosmeticRx! The website is so easy to use and I haven't had any problems with communication. I will continue using this company for the future!

After a positive experience buying Latisse, I decided to take advantage of a "loyalty" offer for Semaglutide. It was supposed to be $49 instead of the normal $179. Using the code given to me for the $49 offer, I proceeded to try to make my purchase. Unfortunately, the code provided to me did not reduce the price. I attempted to contact customer service via chat and was told it would work once I submitted the order. It did not and now I'm stuck paying the $179. Sadly, they had a Groupon running at the same time for $48 which, in hindsight, I should have done instead. Now, I'm being ignored in the customer service chat and they offer no other way to communicate other than email. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and doubt I'll continue purchasing from CosmeticRx.

I recently started with cosmeticrx and couldn't be more happy with everything! The website is easy to understand and when I had questions about my Groupon, they were answered fast. I emailed them about 5-6 times and reached time they got back to me within 24 hours (usually within a couple hours). The day after my consultation they had approved my prescription and a couple hour after I had a tracking number for my shipment. Their staff is helpful, kind and patient. Great experience

I was a little worried about purchasing the Tirzepatide on Groupon but I scrolled through the reviews and was encouraged about the positive feedback, so I went for it. I placed my order yesterday and it was already processed and shipping today. So far, fantastic experience!

Easy process with quick shipping.

Previously gave a good review of this company but how things have changed. The customer service and responsiveness is poorer than ever before!

Having previously utilised for GLP1 medication and had no issues except in very busy periods due to promotional offers they were running, I started a consultation for a sleeping aid as I have always had difficulty sleeping and it was becoming overwhelming. It took 10 days to be reviewed and then several further days to receive the medication with multiple chasers needing to be sent to.

When prescribed I was advised as part of the written confirmation that I would be contacted in 30 days for follow up assessment. This did not happen. I was not aware that it had been set up as a repeating 3 month prescription and would not have thought it would be if there was a planned follow up.

I then noticed I had a pending credit charge appear. As soon as that appeared I contacted CosmeticRX to say please don’t process, I’m not taking the mediation, the follow up didn’t happen, not aware repeating etc. After multiple messages on the platform and text messages I finally got a short response 3 days later on the portal simply stating order can’t be cancelled as already sent. No mention of the fact that I contacted them before it was sent or that they failed to conduct a medical follow up as indicated on the prescription.

Really annoyed as I trusted them, have recommended them to multiple people and left 5 star reviews that were previously deserved but are no longer representative of how the business operates. From when I first started using them in August 2025 the customer service has gradually deteriorated with the responses becoming less and less informative, helpful or even customer service appropriate

So far so good, especially the customer support team. Incredibly helpful and detailed what to do, when she rattled off what sounded like a very long list of directions, cuz I could be a tiny bit dramatic, cuz of my cold. But the prescribing physicians as well, incredibly quick, considering. I’m excited to get started.
