Ordered the wrong product strength and informed chat immediately upon reviewing the purchase confirmation.
Told them to stop the shipment and I would reorder the correct strength.
I assumed they had stopped the order
A few days later I received the order & notified chat that I wanted to return and get a refund. The only problem was no reply from the chat. Tried again a week later to return. I was getting annoyed then I got my credit card statement and there was a complete REFUND. THAT WAS AWESOME & I AM DELIGHTED. It would have been nice to have been informed a credit was issued so I would not have continued to chat and request a refund. lol The 4 is due to no response to inform me I was refunded. They are a great company & definintely deserve a 5 but i cannot ignore the lack of chat response even tho they had taken care of my request. Prices are great and the product is cheaper than anywhere else I have found. Vicki Cooper

I had a very easy time registering and they get back to you very quick when you send them a message. I have no complaints they are very nice

I got my trial via Groupon and that experience went great. I have been on the medication since October 2025 and i have lost well over 50lbs. It's not a program if you need support or guidance. I'm giving it a 4 because the customer service sucks. There have been times where I had to hunt down my delivery. But for me the product works and it's the least expensive option for me out of pocket.

I wrote a bad review on Groupon and the manager called me and offered me my first vial free if I changed me review, which I did because anyone trying to rectify the situation means a lot to me. My main concern is the fact that, I have taken ozempic and monjauro before. Each time it worked, with this I had no change in appetite. Also, regardless of how you slice it the customer service sucks

THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!! i love me some hannah as busy as she be she allways take time to answer my questions they communicate very well no matter what..and they have awesome glp1 i def lost 30 pounds with there products and counting..took a little break and started right back...i love PATRICK HE IS SO AWESOME AND DEF MESSAGES you and communicate any questions you may have about the product thru the portal.they are also the cheapest cant beat there prices go for it your health is your wealth!!!!!!!!!

I have always had a great experience with cosmeticRX. My shipments are on time. My monthly fee’s never go up and affordable. I am able to pause or cancel with one push of a button at anytime. I will get a response within 24 hours of submitting an email. I have used other companies and this is by far my favorite and the one I have stuck with for over a year. They also offer other prescriptions that I will be using soon for skin problems.

I purchased a Groupon back in December. The website was so user-unfriendly and I had so many issues dealing with this company that I canceled the subscription. Told them I don't even want to deal with you all because it just felt slimy. Six months later out of the blue, they send me an offer for a one-time $89 Trizipatide. I went on and ordered it, not knowing that they were going to then start automatically shipping and charging me $149 for the same medication. Nowhere on the one-time offer did it say that if you get this one-time offer you are signing up for a subscription. It was a total scam. They can't produce anywhere where I said I wanted to sign back up with them. The email was perfectly clear: one one-time $89 shipment.

Now I am having to dispute this charge through my bank. I've had to write their support line three times. This company, stay away from them. They are shady con artists.

I learned about Cosmeticrx through Groupon. I’m just starting my glp1 journey and so far things are working well. I received the medication quickly and it is doing what it is supposed to do.

Deceptive business practices. They reach out to offer you a "deal" on medication but do not disclose you are signing up for another subscription and the cost will increase $50 from the initial discount offered. To make matters worse, the product is ineffective.

Purchased GLP through Groupon. The price was extremely convenient. I received my injection kit within two days. I can't wait to see results.

After a positive experience buying Latisse, I decided to take advantage of a "loyalty" offer for Semaglutide. It was supposed to be $49 instead of the normal $179. Using the code given to me for the $49 offer, I proceeded to try to make my purchase. Unfortunately, the code provided to me did not reduce the price. I attempted to contact customer service via chat and was told it would work once I submitted the order. It did not and now I'm stuck paying the $179. Sadly, they had a Groupon running at the same time for $48 which, in hindsight, I should have done instead. Now, I'm being ignored in the customer service chat and they offer no other way to communicate other than email. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and doubt I'll continue purchasing from CosmeticRx.
