the travel seat is perfect and the team that handled my requests were brilliant. fast service as well BUT: I found the same product on AMAZON for cheaper!! €50 to be honest.

Disappointed that there weren't clearer instructions available for fitting the car seat into our car. It took us ages to figure out how to release the support leg and we were concerned that the green colour seemed to click in even when the seat was not fitted in the car. We would have appreciated more explanation about how to ensure that the seat is safely fitted.

I recently purchased a Cosatto high chair, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service.
The only issue I encountered was that I wasn’t able to register my product online for the extended warranty. I emailed the Cosatto Ireland customer service team, and they responded promptly. They were friendly, professional, and took care of the warranty registration for me without any hassle. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
The high chair itself is excellent. It’s very easy to assemble, feels sturdy and well made, and the machine-washable fabric is a fantastic feature for parents. The overall quality is outstanding, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design.
Overall, I’m extremely impressed with both the product and the customer support. I would 100% recommend Cosatto to anyone looking for high-quality baby products backed by exceptional customer service.

Warranty/customer service
Love my pram but customer service for Ireland is shocking. My pram went on the 18th of may to be repaired with a company in Armagh through the costatto warranty and it is now the 24th of June tomorrow and still no update on when I will actually receive it back. I spoke to one person, Wes, who actually seemed like he wanted to help, all the others were very much ‘there’s nothing we can do’ response. Which I do not think is good enough, I have a 3 month old baby, a 3 year old, a 4 year old and a 6 year old, all whom I need to get to school and preschool and use the pram daily. I was told if I send it the Monday I would get it back the Wednesday but I’m still sat waiting for any sort of update to tell me when I will be receiving my pram. The customer service in my opinion could be better as it is the 6th week now without it and I have not even been offered a replacement or a temporary replacement. I don’t ever like giving bad reviews but I don’t seem to be getting any response or help.
