I ordered the valentine hamper ,delivered on time ,food delicious ,packaged well ,great correspondance and updates from the seller were so helpful and friendly .Highly reccomend and would definately order again

Delightful customer support and such personal service and care. Arrived first thing on the due date. Delivered to safe place and a magnificent hamper! Will definitely use this lovely family company again! 💗

We ordered one of the larger hampers as we couldn’t get to Cornwall this autumn and it was a great decision. Everything arrived on time and was really well packed. The pasties and scones were really nice, certainly better than the pasties we have bought in shops.

We think great value, very efficient service, and a lovely little company. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Even the outside of the hamper made me think of Cornwall and smile! Covered with quirky drawings of Fishing Boats, Seagulls, Beaches and Pasties. And the tasty Cornish fare inside was even more pleasing. Fresh and full of flavour. Enough for breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner! Didn’t cost an arm and a leg and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service
Would recommend this company every time,. The hampers are so well presented and taste lovely.

Fabulous excellent presentation best scones I have ever tasted would recommend for anyone

Absolutely fantastic hampers!! We always look forward to receiving them knowing the scones are moist, full of flavour and the pasties are filled made with quality ingredients.

Excellent quality contents and efficient service. Would definitely recommend

On Dec 14th I ordered a Christmas Hamper with Christmas tree shaped scones for a family member but it didn't arrive. I made contact with the company on Dec 22nd because my tracking still said 'we're waiting to expect it' and was told all orders sent on the 15th had unfortunately been lost but that a second hamper would be sent out that afternoon for me with the same tracking number. The tracking still did not update and wasn't sent as promised. I made contact once more on the 27th and was told again that it would be sent with the same tracking number again. I'm not sure this is possible from my experience of using Royal Mail. I now doubt that my order was ever sent on the 15th - more likely that only the postage had been purchased that day.Eventually, the 'hamper' was recieved on the 30th Dec after some confusing correspondence and being mixed up with 2 other customers. However, it was not as advertised. The contents were correct and tasted lovely however they were just popped in a normal brown box and the scones were not Christmas tree shaped. I'd chosen to send this product due to how festive it was depicted online. I contacted the seller who said they had run out of Christmas scones but did not offer an explanation for the poor packaging. The seller offered to give a full refund if I returned the product but I explained that wasn't necessary and I would leave a fair and honest review instead. Then over multiple text messages, the seller offered me a 10% refund, 50% refund, additional products and then a new hamper to try to convince me not to leave this review. Even after I asked him to not contact me further, and told him i do not appreciate someone trying to bribe me, he continued to message and so i blocked his number as he had made me feel uncomfortable. Had the review had an option to add photos, I would have added a photo of the advertised product, recieved product and screenshots of the messages

That Christmas hamper we got was absolutely amazing, it totally blew me away. Everything was packed so nicely, and those scones? Out of this world! We didn't get the tree-shaped ones they advertised, but customer service said they just ran out unexpectedly. Didn't bother me though, they're the same, just a different shape. And the pasty was awesome too!

Great job, Cornish Hampers and Gifts, I'm definitely ordering again next year!

Not happy with this order. The hamper was delivered a day early to an address where no one was there, even though it contained chilled items.

When it arrived, the ice packs were completely defrosted, and several items had been substituted without letting us know first.

I’ve tried contacting the company about this but haven’t had any reply. Very poor service and communication. I wouldn’t order from them again.

The standard of service, and the food we received for our public sector team event was simply perfect (and extremely tasty!). Having used several different caterers over the years, these guys stand above the rest. Thanks Cornish Hampers & Gifts.

The best scones I’ve ever tasted! This was a wonderful gift for family, will definitely be sending again!

Really great service from cornish hampers.

I ordered because I was missing the delights of the county after having lived there years ago.

Quick turn around from.the company with great customer engagement.

The hamper was filled with all the best treats from Cornwall and was worth the money.

Wow, just Wow!!
Had a box delivered from these guys and it was fabulous, didn't last very long as the whole family tucked in and everybody loved it.
Next one being ordered next week!

A really friendly retailer! They answered all my questions regarding ingredients, and as this was a bit of a last minute gift for a friend, they delivered the hamper in good time (and saved me having to explain what a rubbish friend I am lol)
Truly grateful, you saved my friendship lol

Absolutely loved my order! The pasties were proper hearty and the cream tea with scones, jam and clotted cream was amazing. Perfect way to get a real taste of Cornwall at home. Such a lovely Cornish gift idea. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Quick delivery, quality produce.
Will order again. 🙂

I recently ordered a Cornish hamper and was absolutely delighted with the whole experience. The hamper arrived quickly by post, beautifully packaged, and everything inside felt really special. Each item was clearly chosen with care and celebrated the best of Cornwall. The quality was outstanding, and it made such a thoughtful gift that felt personal and unique.
The ordering process was simple and stress-free, and the presentation made it perfect for sending directly to loved ones. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy a little taste of Cornwall at home, and I’ll definitely be ordering again both for myself and as gifts. Highly recommend!

Ordered a cream tea for my parents . They said it’s best cream tea they ever had and reminded them of of the Cornish coast . Highly recommend. Jam first !
