I messed up on the billing address,and- by phone- they quickly righted it ,with no fuss and in a coordinated way that shows family roots are part of the business .

The gift box was delivered on time with no issues and enjoyed very much.

An update… myself and Ryan have spoken and we agreed that somewhere down the line there seems to have been a glitch.
After we rectified the problem Ryan kindly donated a £30 gift voucher to be used as a raffle prize for an upcoming fund raising event which was received with thanks

This was a gift formy sister and she enjoyed it immensely. She had bought one for us and we had enjoyed ours so much we just had to return the favour. Excellent and really scrummy! Delivery was good and packaging was superb.

I’d never used this firm before but customer service was brilliant. I Bought it for a Birthday Present for a friend. She was delighted with it. Delivered on the day in the morning. I’ll definitely buy from them again.

I complained after my delivery didn’t turn up on my parents 62nd wedding anniversary.
No one contacted me and after 2 days the hamper turned up and tasted stale so was thrown away. I had an email 5 days before saying it had been shipped.
I have had the product before and was lovely. This time very disappointing

I ordered a traditional cream tea hamper as a birthday gift for my mum and selected a specific delivery date. Unfortunately, the hamper arrived a day late, meaning the birthday gift did not arrive when I had intended.

When I initially raised my concerns, I was disappointed with the response, which focused on the company's terms and conditions and the courier's delivery record rather than acknowledging my disappointment.

Thankfully, the owner, Ryan, subsequently contacted me, apologised for both the late delivery and the way my original complaint had been handled, and arranged a full refund. I appreciated the apology and the effort to resolve the matter, and I felt that the situation had been put right.

However, my experience did not end there. I subsequently received repeated requests to remove my Trustpilot review, including emails, a telephone call and a text message. The requests came through different communication channels, despite the original complaint having been resolved with a refund.

I had genuinely been considering removing my review following the apology and refund. However, the repeated follow-up requests made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I would have preferred to be left to make my own decision about my review without further contact.

I appreciate that Ryan ultimately acknowledged the problems and issued a full refund, and I believe it is only fair to recognise that. However, I also believe that customers should be able to share honest feedback about their experiences and decide for themselves whether to amend or remove a review.

This was my first order with the company. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, the overall experience has been disappointing, and the subsequent contact has unfortunately affected my impression of the business.

I paid for next day delivery, however despite the food parcel being packed and dispatched Friday afternoon it didn’t arrive until 2pm Monday, by which time the food was no longer cold. It was my Aunt’s 89th birthday present and she had to throw the pasties and cream away, leaving just the scones and jam. I reported this to the company, who responded saying that the food is packed with an ice pack to keep the food safe for 48hrs, but clearly failed to grasp the fact that delivery had taken almost 72hrs, by which point the ice pack had completely melted! I am really disappointed and surprised by the lack of understanding by the company as I have used them several times before without any problems. Sadly, I don’t think I will use them again!

No messing about order straight to your door

Easy to order from website, great products and loved the option to add additional stuff into the same order. Recipients were delighted and said it was a lovely treat and tasted great. Hamper was delivered on the day it said it would be and all for a very good price.
