Dishonest company - they have responded to another review stating they need to be contacted in advance to ensure the driver has the car seat that was requested at point of booking. I have screenshots of their public facing marketing that states 'travelling with little ones? Child seats available at no extra cost! Just request one when booking' that is literally what was done, now they're putting extra steps in the way, if this is the case - don't mislead with your advertising.

Regarding the phone call, the caller on several occasions implied the caller had no common sense, which quite cleanly would qualify as upsetting.

Yesterday, we traveled from London STN to St Albans in a taxi from Corker Cars Ltd.
Our driver, Raja, got us to our accommodation quickly and pleasantly—thanks again, Raja.

I’ve used this great taxi service a few times now. All drivers are professional and reliable. Fahed took me to Hemel Hempstead today and I found him to be extremely safe and polite as a driver. I can 100% recommend him and the company.

I have been a customer of Corker - previousy Arena for over 30 years.
I always found them reliable.
Yesterday we had an efficient and courteous pick-up from Luton Airport by Steve (4?).
I'd mention another time over a year ago when the trains to St Pancras were not working and as I desperately rang Corker they arrange for a driver to take us to London so that we did not miss our Eurostar when no other taxi was prepared to drive to London.

Thank you Corker cars for the excellent service with our recent return transfer to Luton Airport. I could not fault both journeys for our family of 6 and your punctuality was impeccable. Your driver was kind and courteous and seemed to know the best route to take. I will now only be using your company and without hesitation would highly recommend to others.

I was extremely pleased with the service. I needed to book a wheelchair taxi for my mum to go to a hospital appointment. I phoned in the morning and was told the driver would be there at 9am. I received a text message confirming the time. The driver actually arrived a minute or two early and helped mum in the most kind, patient and professional way. The drive was smooth. He then picked us up afterwards (same driver, which was nice) and brought mum home. I would highly recommend the driver and company.

I have used Corker Cars to get my special needs Child to and from school for several months, he has mostly been driven by the lovely Aki, (Muhammad Aqeel) he has been prompt every day and is professional, courteous and friendly.
I have no hesitation is providing Corker Cars with an excellent review, they are highly recommended.

This taxi firm is amazing their drivers are polite engaging and helpful. I used this firm to take my pooch to the vets and it turned out she needed a lengthy and urgent surgery and Corker Taxis said regardless of what time her surgery finishes there will be a taxi to bring us back home. Not only that but a few days later they rang me to ask how my girl was doing. I cannot overstate how amazing Corker Taxi's really are I highly recommend Corker Taxi's

We used to use and I say used to because we now will only use Corker. Cars. Having used a local competitor for a long time, we decided to phone Corker last week after having heard good feedback about them.

I must say that from the start with phone call, I was taken back by the professionalism and dedication of the gentlemen that took my call. The level of customer care and service and clear communication was amazing. I asked for a taxi to Saint Albans station and explained my usual price on the meter with a competitor was cheaper and with no hassle and great phone manner I was given a cheaper price!
In addition I was also impressed with the car that arrived, a really nice clean and maintained vehicle with a chatty and very good driver - corker just kept on impressing! I later phoned for a quote on a return pickup from the station and again was greeted with great customer service on the phone and quick despatch for my return home veicle which again was another very nice and clean vehicle and friendly driver. Based on the experience I have had decided to ditch the competition and be a Corker customer!

I used corker cars for their Airport drop off and pick up service, they were spot on and most importantly very fairly priced. They kept track of my plane timings having the driver arrive as I landed, meaning i wasn’t waiting around at all. Collected my luggage and straight home I was no stress no hassle. I would highly recommend.

We used Corker for an airport transfer following a very upsetting and dangerous experience travelling as a family with a rival taxi firm last year. Booking with Corker was easy and they were very patient and helpful when explaining the options that would suit our family best. Corker offered a competitive rate and went the extra mile to guarantee that our taxi had a child car seat for our toddler (it’s a nightmare trying to find a firm that actually provides them).

Our driver arrived promptly and helped us pack the car with all of our luggage. He did an excellent job getting us to the airport on time despite the awful traffic and weather. Our driver was also very friendly and provided some good chat throughout the journey, reassuring us that we would make it on time.

My toddler was sadly a bit carsick. Neither driver nor the Corker management made us feel bad about the incident. In fact, they were understanding and sympathetic. They ensured our holiday got off to the best start when it could have easily been dealt with differently.

My experience has been an extremely positive one and I won’t hesitate to use Corker again. Thank you Max and the rest of the team!
