I made a order but they didnt have the…

I made a order but they didnt have the items in stock.
I appreciate the man tried his best to find the vape juice elsewhere and he contacted me and said he will issue a refund.
He also said that he would send a few free bottles for me to try as the ones I ordered had been discontinued but I did not receive them. Would have been nice to had tried new ones coz my husband is really fussy with the juices he uses.
I had tracking details to say they were dispatched but they must have got lost.
