Item still not received 2 weeks later and no reply on emails either

Item ordered January 1. Originally promised for January 13-15. Later extended to January 18. Has not arrived. I feel that it will never arrive, and this is beginning to look like a scam.

Ordered on 28 th April . It’s now May 17th and item hasn’t arrived.
Messaged and phoned them. Useless.

I have tried out various earbuds/phones while running and these were by far the best. It is pretty much impossible for them to fall out but they are so light you barely notice they are there. I think my ear canals are a slightly unusual shape so actual buds are rarely a snug fit - too big or too small - but to be honest I think complete noise cancellation is quite dangerous when running outside, so I don't mind a bit of leakage to allow me to hear objects or people nearby! I don't use Siri but the sound control buttons work fine and I like the fact they are in both ears; although in practice one would have been fine. I will say when you press the button it feels a bit flimsy but I guess it needs to be very light to the touch. The sound quality is fine too. I love the fact that there is instant connectivity with the iPhone and also the way it goes to pause the minute you take one earpiece out. I don't have a problem with the size of the charging case - given battery power is several hours, I have no need to carry it in my pocket. So, all in all, I am very happy with this product and would recommend it.

Brought Beats3 earbuds - ear piece fell apart after very minimum use in first 5 months, took 3 months of repeated contacts to get most of the money refunded. Avoid - not professional

My wife purchased power beats as a birthday present for me. Unfortunately within 5 months they stopped charging. Under the misapprehension that at least a 12 month warranty would apply, I contacted the company but was told they were only guaranteed for 3 months, a fact which was not explained at the point of purchase. Continued correspondence was extremely problematic and as a consequence of my experience I have been highlighting this company to friends and family, including Onbuy.com which acts as agents for the Corenec.
