The price was very good and instructions clear. I delivered my parcel directly to UPS. The complaint I have is I paid for next day delivery but it took three business days to be delivered.

A gift package was shipped using coolparcel (via UPS). The recipient of the gift had to pay 50 euros for the gift which was only valued at $73. In the past when I would go to the post office, recipient of the gift did not have to pay anything.
