Very nice well made bed base I went for the sprung top version but maybe should not have bothered as the springs are small and I can’t see or feel them being effective. But other than that we are happy with our purchase. Contract Divan Beds delivery service was very good, on time with nice delivery men.

Ordered the zip link essentials contract 1000 pocket sprung super king ottoman. Build quality is good and the mattresses are also good. Better than you might expect for the price and very comfortable with good support. Delivery was fairly prompt. Paid for assesmbly which the drivers did no problems.

Grifters.
No customer service contactability. I have an issue with my order. Emails ignored and the phone does not get answered.
Eventually answered via email, as they stated phone calls are no longer an option.
If I want to cancel I must pay 50% of cost as the production has already started (over the weekend) 😂
Not a company I would recommend.

We can confirm that you contacted us over the weekend, whilst our customer support team was closed. You received a response today within an hour of our team reopening.
We also received multiple duplicate requests from you. As stated in our automated email response, sending multiple follow-up emails or duplicate requests can delay the response time, as it may move your enquiry further back in the queue.
Your order was placed on Thursday, and the product was processed for production the same morning. As this is a made-to-order item and production had already started, the cancellation terms were explained to you in line with our policy.
We are sorry to hear you feel this way, however our team did respond as soon as they reopened and provided the relevant information regarding your order.

Everything arrived in one delivery and…
Everything arrived in one delivery and the order was correct and nice quality. Just one star less due to some damage to a bed base (not visible when mattress is on) and, when they called to book the delivery in I did say no one would be here from 5pm as it's an office. They said they'd be here at 4pm but it was 5.30pm. My dog was seriously unwell and during a time of great stress they were calling to ask where we were so i had to come back to work.

Great bed at very good value for money
Great bed at very good value for money. Instructions not clearest, but I did manage to put it together single handedly (79 year old female). Would have helped to have stickers indication headboard screw sockets like there were for leg sockets, but could find them by feel.
