Very easy to setup and use. Wish I had known about this product earlier.

had an install issue with shuttle (had it several years). was given how to fix it with a doc download and clear screen captures and instructions of what to do if that didn't work. (the kind of thing that is simple when you know how. )

reply to my message was prompt, even in these crazy times of 2020.

Good customer service via email. I recently purchased the RollerMouse Red Wireless, and the existing drivers posted on Contour website do not fully support the product. Contour customer service did try to troubleshoot the issue, however no resolution. I think it would be good practice to test and verify drivers that are posted on the site works with the product that is released to the general public for consumer purchase.

Great customer service! Roller mouse stopped working and someone emailed me right away. Troubleshooted. That didn't work so sent me a new part to replace and instructions. Roller mouse is working again.

Needed replacement pads for my pro2. Sent an email and received a prompt reply with all the information I needed. Once the order was finalised I got the pads the next say. Excellent

I was asked to review the free trial but no one has contacted me hence the rating. I’ve not tried the product.

Having used the Shuttle Xpress for a number of years, I decided to upgrade and purchased the Shuttle Pro V2. Although at first glance I thought having all the extra buttons would be a real time saver, but to my disappointment I didn't enjoy the benefit of the extra buttons, in fact I found it easier to stick with the shortcut keystrokes on my keyboard. I returned the Pro V2 to Amazon and have kept the Xpress. This has 5 programable buttons which I use for more awkward keystrokes. I have no hesitation in recommending both the Xpress and Pro V2 for those who find memorising keyboard shortcuts a arduous task. The Contour Shuttles (Xpress and Pro V2) are extremely well made and should satisfy most users.

UPDATE: Since sending in this review I have re-ordered the Shuttle Pro V2 via the Contour Design web site - having just spent the weekend doing some intensive video editing work in DaVinci Resolve I can now see the advantage of having the extra programable buttons.

Thought the ShuttlePro V.2 would be a good device, but it's most complicated to just set it up and very bad ergonomic: a symmetric device for a non symmetric hand... can't grab some of the buttons. Returned to sender.

Despite an initial issue, a quick conversation Facebook and my mouse should be on its way to me from a local supplier, who within hours got in touch by phone.

A helpful response, which solved my problem.

Wrong item was sent twice and on the third try, item was defective. A new item was sent and seemed to work perfectly for two weeks. Now keyboard is not registering with computer. Changed batteries, worked for less than 1 week. The roller mouse is registering so I know it's not the USB connection. Like how the product works but would be nice if it were reliable.

Trying to get a very old Shuttle Pro working with Windows 10. Very prompt responsive advise got the device operating adequately to meet my needs.

Absolutley brilliant customer service, couldn't recommend this brand enough!

I have a ShuttlePRO V2. One of the clear covers cracked and I contacted Contour Design. My message went to someone in the U.S, who offered to help as he didn't realise I was in the U.K. Once I explained my location he transferred the email to his colleagues in Europe, who simply sent me some new covers at no cost to myself.

Absolutely fabulous experience from both the U.S and European offices. The device itself is brilliant and a solid part of my video editing workflow. Thank you Contour Design :)

The hardware did not work with an updated Mac until I noticed a package of add-ons. I suggested that they be automatically included with the download & that was acknowldged - I hope it will be acted on.
