Description précise du produit, très bonne communication avec le vendeur, réception rapide et sécurisée du colis.

US customers should not buy from them

US customers should not buy from them. Conteenium fails to mention that customs fees will be charged after placing and shipping an order. This information is buried deep on their website. It’s puzzling why they don’t clearly state this for US customers, as it seems they only want to make a sell once.

As a French retailer, we ship all US orders tax-free: this means you do not pay the 20% French VAT when purchasing from us, but you are responsible for customs duties upon import into your home country, as specified in Article 14 of our Terms of Sale. We understand that these additional fees can be frustrating; however, your final price at checkout was strictly tax-free to account for these international import regulations.

Great experience

I had trouble with the watch forum, I reached out and got a response very quickly and they handled it all. Shipped quickly and once the watch got past customs I had it in my hands shortly.

Very impressed with the customer…

Very impressed with the customer service. Very quick to ship and add tracking. When FedEx needed information to process customs / duties, it took less than 24 hours to complete the form for delivery. Will consider buying from them again!

Malgré la confusion initiale due à…

Malgré la confusion initiale due à l'indisponibilité du modèle que j'avais commandé, tout s'est finalement arrangé de façon satisfaisante. J'ai trouvé la communication un peu lente à mon goût. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon magasin. Merci beaucoup.

Experience aux petits oignons pour un 1er achat sur Conteenium

Je suis vraiment enthousiaste : ma première montre automatique (une lip), et la seule j’espère, bien finie, et française qui plus est. M’enfin, autant que possible disons, mais c est déjà pas mal. Très heureux des premiers jours avec elle en tout cas. J ai découvert le site conteenium a cette occasion et tout a été nickel. Livraison sans accroc, emballage soigné avec un sac de la marque de la montre,… ils mettent même un petit cadeau si vous êtes amateur c'est sympa. 5 étoiles méritées pour le site et le produit !

Misrepresentation on item cost…

I paid the advertised price of $357 for a watch, together with shipping cost. There was NO mention of any additional fees or charges. The watch was NEVER delivered because I received an email demanding an additional $221 in “fees”! That would have made the total 64% more than advertised! That’s total misrepresentation and fraud!
