When I made the order there was nothing to say that the watch was not in stock or that it would ship from the manufacturer but the day after I paid it said processing and back ordered. It's not a huge deal but when you're buying something from another country and a company you've never heard of you kinda fear that you might have just got ripped off. So I reached out to a representative and she explained that it would ship from the manufacturer. It's the kind of information that should have been available to me when I logged into my account

I carefully reviewed ratings for Conteenium prior to placing my order. I also reviewed their website indicating the watch was in stock, that processing the order would take 1-2 days, that FedEx shipping would take 2-4 business days. I placed the order with payment in full on February 2, 2026. The payment processed quickly and the receipt said I would get shipping information in 1-2 hours. Eight days later and nothing. Two e-mail exchanges in which the only answer was "we are experiencing some processing issues." My patience is gone. I need resolution. Conteenium is not living up to their own expressed policies and that is unacceptable.

Shipped fast and arrived as expected. Great, design and quality on the Peanuts themed watch.

La montre qui m'intéressait n'était plus en stock mais le service client s'est décarcassé pour trouver un modèle équivalent et l'approvisionner dans un délai raisonnable. Elle vient juste de m'être livrée dans un emballage cadeau tout à fait sympathique. Mention spéciale à mon contact en la personne d'Isabelle.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you live in the United States, super long wait times for delivery and no communication of package delivery date.

I give it 4 stars due to having to ask for a tracking number. I wasn't sent anything letting me know when my watch would be shipped and/or delivered. I had to go to WhatsApp and ask for that info. Once I received the info, I was told it had been sold out? It didn't show sold out when ordered. It took nearly 1 month for my watch to be delivered, but I believe most of that delay is my fault, due to it being ordered on Christmas day. I would still give Conteenium another try. I love the watch and think it was a "Perfect Storm" of mishaps.

Purchased a watch 12/31/2025. They stated watch should be at my US address by 1/9/2026. It's 1/16/2026 and still no ETA of when the watch will arrive.

Contacted customer service 5 times through 1/16/2026. I explicitly stated this purchase is meant to be for a gift, and that it is time sensitive. Asked for a refund if they cannot reasonably fulfill but they stated the watch is already in transit from their warehouse and they would receive it before reshipping to me via FedEx Priority no later than 1/12/2026.

That should've been a red flag as why on earth would they ship to themselves before re-shipping. I suspect they used my prepayment in an attempt to procure through the grey market and/or perhaps even drop ship from the manufacturer of the watch but either way a little odd. The manufacturer also operates in Paris so more on that later.

Fast forward, I did not receive a tracking #, nor was the ship shipped to me. I asked for tracking details. They stated their carrier had an incident due to bad weather with delayed delivery. Interesting, the weather in Paris throughout the week has been very mild and enjoyable. Perhaps its a 5 day flat tire, but I'll leave the rest to the imagination.

1/16/2026 - no watch, balance charged to my credit card, no tracking info, no ETA to fulfill. I'll happily update this thread if anything changes, but I am likely going to simply chargeback as I am not confident this is a reliable vendor with my posts listed all over stateside WuS, Reddit, TRF, and every forum I am a part of.
