Have no problems with container. The delivery driver was very helpful putting blocks underneath. Also keep me informed where and when the unit be delivered.

Sindy was really really great and very knowledgeable and helpful always a joy to talk with very genuine and good person. The delivery driver was excellent as well! Would definitely use again and I did recommend as well .

Highly recommend. From start to delivery.
We are In Longview. Delivered on time as promised. The container was super clean and in excellent condition.

We filed a claim and sent a bunch of pictures even sent them to the owner they sent us a PATCH. Is that their warranty??? Because that is all we received from that company like I said will not recommend them

I personally think the condition of the container that was sent was poor. Had the weather not been bad and I had taken the time to inspect it It woukd have been sent back. At this point after being sent a leak repair for a leaking roof I woykd under no circumstances ever recommend to anyone to do business with you

Took a long time to find a driver. Doors don’t close right. Delivery driver I give 5 stars.

Container is water tight but had existing damage, patched holes and the doors are nearly impossible to use. I know it was sold as used but I’d think it would be better.

So rusted and banged up …kept changing delivery date…still can’t close the doors on one of the two I purchased…

Kept us very informed on delivery and very pleasant to work with.

WELL AFTER PURCHASING MY TWO CONTAINERS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH TODD DEMOSS AT CONTAINER ONE. I BOUGHT TWO 4OFT CONAINTERS (MID GRADE) I WAS IN A TIGHT FRAME FOR DELIVERY. I PURCHASED A DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER WHICH WAS GETTING DELIVERED ON A TUESDAY AND I HADN'T HAD A CALL FROM CONTAINER ONE. LET ME SHORTEN UP MY STORY. I CALLED TODD DEMOSS TO TELL HIM I NEEDED THESE CONTAINERS ASAP DUE TO MY TRAILER WAS GETTING DELIVERED. I HAVE BEEN TELLING TODD AND THE PEOPLE AT CONTAINER ONE THAT I WAS PUTTING BOTH CONTAINERS ON CONTAINER FRAMES AND HAD THEM IN POSITION. WHEN THE TRUCK BROUGHT THE FIRST ONE HE HAD A GOOSE NECK AND COULDN' T PUT THEM ON THE FRAMES BECAUSE OF THE GOOSE NECK. I WAS SO PISSED OFF BECAUSE ALL HE COULD DO WAS PUT THEM ON THE GROUND AND I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE IN THE MATTER. A FEW LATER I WAS ABLE TO GET ON TOP OF THE CONTAINERS TO CHECK THEM OUT AND THE FIRST ONE THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, THE 2ND ONE ON TOP WAS IN VERY POOR, BAD, UNEXCEPTABLE SHAPE. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE MY NEEDLE GUN, GRINGER UP THERE AND DO SOME WORK ON IT AND THEM PUT A LAYER OF COOL SEAL ON IT. IN CLOSING I'M VERY UPSET ON THE CONDITION OF THE 2ND CONTAINER THAT I PURCHASED. I ORDERED MIDGRADE AND THIS ONE IS CRAPGRADE. I WILL NOT SUGGEST CONTAINER ONE TO NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES IN THE FUTURE. I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM CONTAINER ONE EVER AGAIN.

My wife Dana and I are very happy with the entire experience from payment to delivery. Everyone was professional and host. The container is much better than we expected and a perfect addition to our storage system.

Container One was professional and didn't mis-represent the container options/conditions. I bought a "single use" one and received in excellent condition - only had a few scuff marks on the interior. You'll need to follow up on delivery target as they coordinate from various storage sources and schedule with drivers. It's best if you don't need immediately and are flexible.

Other than a few problems in arranging delivery date and time. Once I recieved a date and time the delivery went well. The delivery driver was very skilled, he was able to place my container right where I wanted. He was very professional, friendy and skilled. I was very satisfied and impressed with the delivery.
The only problem I found with the contained is when opening when opening the door it makes an extremely loud sqaulling sound. I have used oil, WD 40, liquid silicone and graphite on the hinges to no avail. I found the container had probably been slammed against a hard object bent the frame slightly near hinges. I was able to straighten the damaged area and the problem has persisted. I drilled and tapped each of the four hinges and installed Zirt (grease) fitting and I was able to insert grease in each hinges and the door still screams when it is opened.

If you have any suggestions as to how I can take care of this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Very professional staff and excellent communication. Container is in very nice condition and may be ordering another very soon.

The entire process was very seamless from purchase to delivery. I appreciated that they took the time to inspect our container ahead of time to ensure it was properly sealed. They also made sure the container was positioned perfectly before taking it off the lift. This has been a great company to work with and I can’t recommend them enough!

Delivered on time and delivery driver was courteous and attentive. Driver was very skilled at placing containers.

The containers were supposed to be water tight but they had holes rusted through the roof on both. And the company refused to do anything. They said I should have inspected them better before the delivery guy left. They refused to reimburse me for the cost of repairs. I also had to put new floors in both of them.

This container is a piece of junk that should never been sold as “product ready”, but was. Money up front, sight unseen. Don’t do business with this company. They are not trustworthy. I tried to refuse the delivery, but the driver would not return it. I did NOT sign the delivery documents. I filed a complaint, but the company said they didn’t certify the container, that it was up to the customer to have the container inspected. The driver said that a broker approved shipment from a picture the driver took. Buyer beware. Use another provider.
